Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic – Remake Announced for the PS5 & PC

Aspyr, Lucasfilm Games, and Sony Interactive Entertainment have announced Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic – Remake, a new remake of the original revered Star Wars story and blockbuster role-playing game experienced by millions of fans around the world. In development as a PlayStation 5 console exclusive at launch and for PC, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic – Remake is completely rebuilt from the ground up for a new generation of players to experience this legendary tale as never before. The news was revealed today in a teaser trailer during the ‘PlayStation Showcase 2021’ featuring the iconic imagery of Darth Revan and the voice-over talent of Jennifer Hale, who played Bastila Shan in the original game.

Development of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic – Remake is led by a newly created team composed of industry veterans at developer and publisher Aspyr, working in close collaboration with Lucasfilm Games. Aspyr and Lucasfilm Games have worked together in recent years to bring multiple classic Star Wars titles to modern platforms, including the original Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. The game will be published on PS5 by SIE, while the PC version of the game will be published by Aspyr.

First released in 2003, the award-winning Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic still stands today as a landmark achievement, frequently ranked among the greatest video games of all time. A pinnacle of Star Wars Legends storytelling, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is set around 4,000 years before the events of the original trilogy, introducing a new cast of heroes and villains in an epic struggle for the fate of the galaxy. The game is beloved by fans and has been praised by critics for its deeply engaging narrative, memorable characters, sense of immersion and discovery, and choice-based gameplay.

Marvel’s Iron Man VR is Coming to Playstation VR Later This Year

Announced at the Playstation “State of Play,” later this year you’ll be able to experience what it’s like to be within Iron Man‘s armor with Marvel’s Iron Man VR. The game comes to Playstation VR exclusively from Marvel Games, Sony Interactive Entertainment, and Camouflaj.

Featuring the brand new “Impulse Armor” designed by Adi Granov the game has you playing as Tony Stark confronting ghosts from his past. You’ll come in contact with allies and villains jetting around the globe on heroic missions. The game will include flying, shooting, and more taking advantage of the virtual reality platform.

Following the immense success of the God of War video game for PlayStation 4 and the art book chronicling its creation, Dark Horse, Santa Monica Studio, and Sony Interactive Entertainment have revealed art from the upcoming God of War comic series. This new four-issue miniseries is full of Norse mythology-inspired action.

Writer Chris Roberson, artist Tony Parker, colorist Dan Jackson, and letterer John Roshell of Comicraft set out to explore whether Kratos, the God of War, will ever find a peace in a world of violence. The beautiful cover art is by artist E.M. Gist. The God of War comic series finds Kratos living in the remote Norse wilds after his war on the gods of Olympus. Seeking to put the rage that defined most of his life behind him, Kratos inadvertently sparks a feud with a mysterious cult of berserkers after attempting to save a stranger being mauled by a monstrous bear. But for the former Ghost of Sparta, no good deed goes unpunished.

Marvel’s Spider-Man Gets a Gamplay Trailer at E3

Marvel’s Spider-Man got a new gamplay trailer for E3 and not only do we get to see the video game in action but also the villains Spider-Man will be facing… the Sinister Six! Some new designs of classic characters are shown off and hopefully get you excited for the game being released later this year.

Marvel’s Spider-Man features your favorite web-slinger in a story unlike any before it. Now a seasoned Super Hero, Peter Parker has been busy keeping crime off the streets as Spider-Man. The Art of God of War and God of War Comics in 2018
