Skybound and Image Comics, in partnership with Scott Dunbier’s Act 4 Publishing and Keven Gardner’s 12-Gauge Comics, have announced the upcoming release of Jason Pearson’s Body Bags Artist’s Edition. A unique inside look at the stunning artistry of Jason Pearson that took the industry by storm in the ’90s, this gorgeous, oversized Artist’s Edition will arrive in comic shops on September 23, 2026. 

This Artist’s Edition collects over 240 pages from Jason Pearson’s critically acclaimed comic Body Bags and is 12”x17” and includes the entire groundbreaking miniseries, plus short stories, covers, promo pieces, and more! Set in the near future, Body Bags focuses on an estranged father/daughter relationship, inside the world of bounty hunters and cold-blooded killers. Skybound and Image Comics, in partnership with Scott Dunbier’s Act 4 Publishing have announced the release of two new Artist’s Editions coming in early 2026—Wally Wood’s EC Stories Artist’s Edition- EXPANDED and Mike Mignola’s Hellboy in Hell Book 2 Artist’s Edition. 

Coming February 2026, discover an all-new look at the work of the legendary Wally Wood as he helped change the face of comics forever at EC Comics, the groundbreaking publisher known for their industry leading horror, sci-fi, and suspense storytelling! 

The Wally Wood EC Stories Artist’s Edition – EXPANDED will include all 18 stories from the long out-of-print first edition, but that’s not all. With over 200 pages of original art in Jim Aparo’s DC Classics Artist’s Edition, fans can fully immerse themselves in Aparo’s legendary runs featuring Batman (Brave and the Bold, Detective Comics) and The Spectre (Adventure Comics).
