Marvel Future Revolution celebrates Thor: Love and Thunder with a New Epic Invasion and Mighty Thor Companion

Netmarble and Marvel Entertainment’s first open world action RPG, MARVEL Future Revolution, has launched a new game update inspired by Marvel Studios’ Thor: Love and Thunder. Players can experience the new Epic Invasion: The God Butcher and recruit Mighty Thor as a companion.

In Epic Invasion: The God Butcher, players will interact with characters from the highly-anticipated film Marvel Studios’ Thor: Love and Thunder while attempting to rescue Thor, who is being held captive from the super villain Gorr. By completing each phase successfully, Thor regains his power before joining his trustworthy allies in the final battle against Gorr. Players will experience an epic boss battle alongside Thor, Miek, Korg, and Valkyrie. Those players who prove themselves worthy will be rewarded with the new Gorr-themed Special Battle Badge.

Players can now recruit the new Mighty Thor as a companion and utilize her skill, Thunder’s Fury. Mighty Thor charges lightning energy by spinning the Mjolnir while striking down opposing enemies. Lightning pierces through enemies and increases in damage as it bounces from one enemy to another. These electrocuted enemies will deal less damage as well. This is designed to effectively target multiple enemies, especially in content like Omega War that involves multiple targets.

To celebrate this new game update, a special “Mighty Omega Wheel” event is now available. Players can spin the wheel to recruit the new companion Mighty Thor just by playing the game. The “Thunder Fragment Craft” event is also available, which will allow players who play Epic Invasion: The God Butcher to receive 3★ Thor whose skills have been improved with this recent update.

Kate Bishop hits the target in Marvel Future Revolution

Netmarble and Marvel Entertainment’s first open world action RPG on mobile, MARVEL Future Revolution, adds master archer Kate Bishop in an all-new game update. In addition to this newly added companion hero, players can access new in-game events, features and more on the App Store and Google Play today.

Inspired by Marvel Studios’ Hawkeye, Kate Bishop has joined the game as a new Special Companion hero. Her PVP specialty consists of attacking enemies by shooting arrows to reduce their movement speed and defense until the end of the summoning time.

In addition, the game adds the Master Archer’s Omega Wheel Event to celebrate this new incoming Special Companion hero. Spin the wheel and acquire rewards using Master Archer Tokens. Through the Omega Wheel, players will have the opportunity to collect the new Special Companion Kate Bishop and Premium Companion Box while a ★4 Special Costume Box will be given upon reaching a certain number of spins.

Players can experience additional new game content and updates including:

  • P.E.G.A.S.U.S. Base New Feature: Core Booster – The third feature of P.E.G.A.S.U.S. Base, Core Booster is a feature to improve the Core Synthesizer. This new feature provides a bonus probability rate that helps increase the success rate when combining Cores.
  • Battle Challenge Expansion and Reward Reorganization – New rounds 36 to 40 have been added with the ability to adjust the difficulty of the Battle Challenge. The difficulty can be adjusted in increments – by increasing the difficulty, higher scores can be achieved. A “Core Booster Essence” reward has been added to the weekly Battle Challenge. This material is required to increase the probability rate when combining Cores.
  • Epic Invasion: Ancient Invader Returns- Originally launched last November, this event has been enhanced compared to previous Epic Invasion: The Eternals. When players are fighting enemies, special Battle Badges that will activate an additional effect when an enemy is defeated can be crafted.

Scarlet Witch joins Marvel Future Revolution

Netmarble and Marvel Entertainment’s first open world action RPG, MARVEL Future Revolution, released an all-new game update adding its newest playable hero, Scarlet Witch, a new game mode and a number of new limited-time special events. This new content is inspired by the recent release of Marvel Studios’ Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Players can access the latest game update on the App Store and Google Play.

The fan-favorite sorceress, Scarlet Witch, has joined the game’s roster as the 10th playable hero. Her PVP specialty is powered by her use of Hex Energy and Chaos Magic, making her powerful enough to best even the Sorcerer Supreme. She can disrupt her opponent’s spirit while unleashing various curses to give her a variety of advantages. Furthermore, unique Costumes for Doctor Strange and Scarlet Witch inspired by Marvel Studios’ Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness have been added to the game. Wong will also appear as the new Companion for players to summon.

Players can also experience ‘Epic Invasion,’ a new game mode that offers a whole new way to battle. Enemies from another dimension have invaded Primary Earth, where they can appear at any time. Or, take the fight to the enemies’ own dimension, where new formidable enemies such as ‘Dead Strange’ await players. A Special Battle Badge can be acquired when Critical Hit is activated, the Max Damage Rate increases, when the player receives Max Damage, or when other various effects are given to the enemy.

To celebrate the release of Scarlet Witch, a massive 7-week ‘Check in Event’ will give players the opportunity to receive rewards during the event period. The highest ranked equipment and items will be given every seven days, such as the 6★ Special Costume, 6★ Core Box, Special Card Box and Special Companion Box. A Scarlet Witch training event is happening at the same time, guiding new and existing players to try out the new Super Hero while providing rewards of up to 2,000 crystals and more.

Bring Light To The Dark Domain In Marvel Future Revolution’s Latest Update

The next chapter for MARVEL Future Revolution is now live and introduces two new deadly regions within the Dark Domain for players to conquer. The chapter introduces the Netherworld, ruled by the Ruler of Hell Mephisto, and Niffleheim, governed by the Queen of Death, Hela. Players can now continue the game’s epic storyline to restore peace to Primary Earth.

The update also introduces the new Blitz level for players to take on featuring Mephisto. Now players can face this super villain via new Blitz: ‘Devil’s Reign’. Players with level 115 or above are exclusively permitted to enter this battlefield, stronger equipment can be obtained upon clearing the stage.

Other enhancements made to MARVEL Future Revolution include:

  • Raid / Specialization Enhancement – Two additional difficulty levels for Raid content will be added for Agents of Omega Fight to enjoy
  • New companions – Ghost Rider, Baron Mordo and Blue Bamf are here to assist in most vigorous combat

Marvel Future Revolution Introduces Magik – The Ruler Of Limbo – In Latest In-Game Update

The latest update for MARVEL Future Revolution brings an all-new member of Omega Flight to player squads – Magik. Otherwise known as Illyana Rasputina, ruler of Limbo and sister to X-Men member Colossus, Magik is now officially live in the game. Netmarble is also celebrating the upcoming theatrical debut of Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man: No Way Home with all-new limited-time content themed after the film.

Magik utilizes her gigantic Soulsword, a powerful weapon made from part of her own soul, to release powerful magic and unleash enemies on the battlefield. As the ruler of Limbo, Magik has access to demonic spells; the ability to summon demons like Hydras, Imps, and Hounds; and teleportation powers through her mutant Stepping Discs ability. She also has the ability to transform into Darkchylde, Magik’s dark half, allowing her to explosively destroy enemies. The update also introduces new content themed after the upcoming Spider-Man: No Way Home theatrical debut. From Dec. 15, a new Epic Invasion called the ‘The Sinister Six’ is now available for players eager to assist Spider-Man in stopping The Sinister Six from succeeding with their menacing plans. A new Spider-Man: No Way Home-inspired costume is also available now for players to collect and customize their Spider-Man character. Spider-Man [No Way Home] has also been added as a new companion for players to recruit.

Other additions in today’s update include:

  • Training Grounds – PvE content where players can farm experience points to level up their Super Heroes.
  • New Companions – In addition to Spider-Man [No Way Home], other characters like Daredevil have been added to MARVEL Future Revolution as Companions

MARVEL Future Revolution Launches Eternals themed Updates

An all-new threat converges into the worlds of MARVEL Future Revolution as Omega Flight Agents must team up with the Eternals Super Hero team to combat Kro in the game’s latest update, themed after Marvel Studios’ Eternals. Players can also look forward to a continuation of MARVEL Future Revolution’s ongoing story and new update features that are now live in the game.

Players can now access a new support system with Companions that take the role of supporting or enhancing players. Companions each feature an active skill that allows further assistance in combat. Players can have up to four Companions on a team and can acquire them through Most Wanted Missions, Converge Boxes, and as rewards for other activities. In addition, four Eternals – Sersi, Ikaris, Thena, and Gilgamesh – will join the MARVEL Future Revolution universe as Companions.

Players can also join forces with The Eternals for a new limited-time Epic Invasion [The Eternals] event to fight alongside the Super Hero team in a never-ending battle against Kro and his army of Deviants while earning rewards. The event runs from Nov. 3~28. Lastly, player Alliances can look forward to a new Alliance Omega War beta in two weeks, where teams of Alliances can compete against each other for prestige and rewards.

Other content updates and enhancements to MARVEL Future Revolution include:

  • Alliance Ranking – A new system that ranks Alliances based on members’ contributions and activities. This includes Donations, Checking In, and Alliance Loyalty levels. Rewards will be given every ‘Season’, with rankings being updated weekly. The results of the newly added Alliance Omega War will also be factored into the Alliance Rankings.
  • Elite Ranking – The strongest players will now be recognized on the Elite Ranking, which displays divided lists according to Squad and Hero. The top player will be awarded a special symbol.
  • Transmutation – Players can now change Regional Costumes, Special Costumes and Omega Cards to be usable with another Hero in a player’s Squad. Costumes will retain information and stats, while an Omega Card’s Exclusive Stat for specific Heroes will be converted and applied to the new Super Hero.
  • Battle Badge Crafting – Players can now craft and acquire higher-ranked Battle Badges with this update. By consuming lower-ranked badges, players can craft Battle Badges as high as 6★.
  • Nano-Fusion Costume Option Change – A new function for changing the Costume of Nano-Fusion Costumes has now been added. Costume changes will only adjust the Bonus Stats for the Nano-Fusion Costumes.

The worlds of MARVEL Future Revolution continue to converge as today’s update introduces the Dark Domain – a mystical realm where dark magic permeates throughout the dimension at the hands of The Dread Lord Dormammu.  Starting today, player Agents who have been fighting to save Primary Earth can now gear up and prepare for this new challenge in MARVEL Future Revolution’s first in-game update following its successful August launch.

The new region, Dark Domain 1, is now accessible to players and comes equipped with new Epic and Side Missions, region-specific villains and super villains to defeat, and the latest collectibles to acquire. The new Super Villain Dormammu can also be encountered in today’s new Blitz content [Chains of the Abyss]. By participating in various events and activities, experienced Agents can attempt to defeat Dormammu and his dark army.

To celebrate the launch of the new region, Netmarble is giving back to players with a 14-day Check-in Event, where various items like a ★4 Dark Dimension Card Box can be collected just by logging into the game. Other content coming to the game in today’s update includes:

Marvel Future Revolution has Launched

MARVEL Future Revolution, the latest collaboration between Netmarble Corp. and Marvel, has debuted worldwide. Players can suit up as beloved Super Heroes as they journey through Marvel’s first Open World action RPG game on mobile, complete with high-stakes adventure, unique missions and zones, and an onslaught of never-ending threats from fearsome foes. Based on a completely original storyline inspired by decades of Marvel lore, the game is available now as a free download on the App Store and Google Play.

MARVEL Future Revolution begins after multiple Earths converge to form an entirely new ‘Primary Earth,’ where players will be asked to join the newly formed ‘Omega Flight’ Super Hero team to defend the universe. At launch, players will have access to eight playable Super Heroes, including Black Widow, Captain America, Captain Marvel, Doctor Strange, Iron Man, Spider-Man, Star-Lord, and Storm, withan extensive selection of more than 400 million costume combinations per hero to choose from.

From the high-tech New Stark City to unique zones like Hydra Empire, Xandearth, Midgardia, and Sakaar, fans can expect to discover original Marvel landmarks, legendary characters, and homage missions tying directly back to fan-favorite stories and events.

Players will also partake in Epic Missions, which follow the main storyline, coupled with Side Missions that unlock sub-storylines to experience. Marvel Future Revolution Gets an Original Soundtrack

MARVEL Future Revolution: The Convergence Soundtrack

Netmarble has announced that it has released the Original Soundtrack album MARVEL Future Revolution: The Convergence Soundtrack from the anticipated game MARVEL Future Revolution, scheduled for release on August 25th.

Produced jointly by Marvel Games and Netmarble Monster, this album includes “The Convergence,” the main theme song of MARVEL Future Revolution and the Captain America theme song “Legendary Hero.” The soundtrack contains a total of 42 songs, including the Spider-Man theme song “Amazing Friend.”

MARVEL Future Revolution: Convergence Soundtrack can be enjoyed on music streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and YouTube Music and is available here.

In addition, Netmarble will stream MARVEL Future Revolution: World Orchestra, with arrangements by Video Game Orchestra creator and producer Shota Nakama, on August 25th at 8:00 pm PDT on the MARVEL Future Revolution official YouTube channel.

MARVEL Future Revolution, which is scheduled to be officially released in 240 countries around the world on August 25th, is the second collaboration title between Netmarble and Marvel.

A pre-registration campaign is in progress leading up to the launch of MARVEL Future Revolution. Players who pre-register will receive a ‘pre-registration costume box’ that can be used after release.

MARVEL Future Revolution Launches Globally August 25

Netmarble and Marvel have announced MARVEL Future Revolution will launch globally on August 25 for iOS and Android devices as a free-to-play Open-World Action RPG. Global pre-registration is now open via the App Store and Google Play, where players can receive a “Pre-Registration Costume Gift Box” that will grant a full costume set of in-game cosmetic items for one of MARVEL Future Revolution’s starting Super Heroes.

MARVEL Future Revolution begins when numerous Earths from across the Multiverse converge to form an entirely new ‘Primary Earth’ filled with many missions across unique zones: the high-tech New Stark City, the dangerous Hydra Empire, the wild, and rugged Sakaar, and many more. As agents of the newly formed ‘Omega Flight’ Super Hero team, players will work together to battle an onslaught of Super-Villains and defend the ‘Primary Earth’ from a never-ending series of threats.

Eight playable Super Heroes, consisting of Black Widow, Captain America, Captain Marvel, Doctor Strange, Iron Man, Spider-Man, Star-Lord, and Storm, will be outfitted in an extensive collection of iconic costumes from throughout the Marvel Universe, with a tremendous selection of more than 400 million costume combinations per hero from which to choose. This is Marvel’s first Open-World mobile game, exploring a completely original storyline inspired by decades of Marvel storytelling, featuring a variety of fan-favorite characters from Marvel lore.
