You don’t often get to see a comic creator talk about their creations on a late night talk show, but Marc Bernardin got a chance to do so on Late Night with Seth Meyers.
Meyers, a comic fan, had Bernardin on the show to discuss the graphic novel Adora and the Distance.

Early Tuesday morning comic book writer Tom King went on Late Night With Seth Meyers to talk about his work as a CIA agent, writing Batman and Catwoman’s wedding and why his kids aren’t impressed about his career in comics and the CIA.

Marvel has announced that on Tuesday, January 5th, at 12:35/11:35CT, Marvel’s own Sana Amanat will be joining Seth Meyers to discuss how Marvel reflects “the world outside your window”, what it’s like to help craft the Marvel Universe, and what’s coming up for Marvel Comics on Meyers’ late night show Late Night with Seth Meyers.

Brian Michael Bendis was on last night’s Late Night Seth Meyers. He was there to promote his new television series Powers, based on his comic, but he also got to talk Secret Wars.
What’s great is not just how smooth Bendis was talking about comics, but also his being able to explain comics, and what Marvel is doing for non-comic readers.
Now, can we get more comic creators to go on late night shows to promote what’s coming out? Can we at least get Bendis out in front of more people?

Marvel has announced that comic book writer Brian Michael Bendis will make his “Late Night” debut to discuss the upcoming PlayStation original series, Powers from Sony Pictures Television. Inspired by Bendis’ graphic novel series of the same name, Powers is an edgy dramatic series that follows the lives of two homicide detectives, Christian Walker (Sharlto Copley) and Deena Pilgrim (Susan Heyward), who are assigned to investigate cases involving people with extraordinary abilities, referred to as “Powers.”
The episode of Late Night with Seth Meyers will air this Wednesday at 12:35 am on NBC, the episode airing after Tuesday’s the Tonight Show.
