We’re going up, up up, with packs of Kayou’s KPop Demon Hunters Trading Cards!

This summer, the hunt begins beyond the screen as Kayou launches officially licensed KPop Demon Hunters collectible trading cards, based on Netflix’s most-watched film of all time!

The collection comes in two different editions. The Energy Edition (8 cards per booster pack) is designed for dedicated collectors with 11 rarities, featuring several serialized rarities designed to cater to the collection needs of superfans. The Classic Edition (5 cards per booster pack) is designed for all fans with 8 rarities, ideal for everyday collecting and sharing. KAYOU also plans to launch future waves, limited‑edition sets, mini cards and collectibles with additional fan activations. The Energy Edition retails for $4.49 per booster pack and the Classic Edition retails for $1.99 per pack.

From the premium finishes (holographic, laser etching, embossing), to the high-spec materials and detailed, narrative-driven artwork, Kayou’s signature craftsmanship is fully on display and vividly brings the collection to life.

My Little Pony Trading Card Game: Friendships Begin Starter Decks

Starting May 1st, friendship, adventure, and pony magic are coming to U.S. game nights! After capturing hearts overseas earlier this year, Kayou’s My Little Pony Trading Card Game: Friendships Begin will finally hit major retailers, including GameStop, Target, Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, and various hobby stores. 

Co-developed with Hasbro, the two-player game is inspired by My Little Pojny: Friendship is Magic and blends storytelling with strategic gameplay, making it fun for families new to trading card games while also appealing to avid TCG enthusiasts ages 10 and up. 

Two players choose one of six starter decks featuring the Mane 6 (Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Applejack, and Fluttershy) and go head-to-head, drawing cards and playing clever card combos to move through your pony’s story. The first player to complete their story wins the game.

Like all of Kayou’s collectible trading cards, this TCG is filled with stunning narrative-driven artwork and quality finishes (shimmering foils, embossed textures, and laser etching) that make it as fun to collect as it is to play in competition.

Each starter deck includes a 70-card ready-to-play deck used to create a Main Deck, Scene Deck and Story Deck, and three booster packs with five cards in each pack. Players can collect 68 card types across nine rarity levels, including Shining Ruby Rare (RR) Cards that feature the Mane 6 and their elements of harmony illustrated with vibrant colored pencils and lush oil painting textures; and Shining Emerald Rare (ER) Cards that showcase iconic Equestrian landmarks themed for each of the Mane 6 with exclusive day/night variations.

Fans can collect all six starter decks and mix and match to create their own custom playing decks.

The starter decks just landed at GameStop for $19.99 each, but you can also look out for them at Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Target and local hobby stores.

The rarest Four Seasons Parade Train – Brush Rare (BP) cards depict beloved characters across spring, summer, autumn, and winter, connecting to form a colorful panorama. The seasonal theme extends to retail, where fans can choose from four booster pack designs–one for each season. NYCC 2025: Kayou Brings Star Power and Superfan Energy with its U.S. Debut

Javits Convention Center (booth #1217). With a beautiful wall of cards on display, an interactive booth and star-studded lineup of illustrators and vocal talent from fan-favorites like Hasbro’s MY LITTLE PONY brand, NARUTO and tokidoki, Kayou is sure to be a must-stop for fans, collectors, and content creators alike–it’s the U.S. debut fans have been waiting for from this card giant. The historic moment was celebrated with a giant billboard in Times Square proudly announcing Kayou is “Here for the Superfans.” 

Kayou’s fan-first NYCC booth experience will bring these three beloved international franchises to life with engaging activations, daily giveaways, and limited-edition official NYCC-stickered card drops that collectors won’t want to miss. Plus, they’re going all in delivering once-in-a-lifetime meet and greet experiences fans will never forget with:

  • Maile Flanagan, voice talent of Naruto Uzumaki, an Emmy-winning actor best known for voicing Naruto in every installment of the franchise.
  • Tara Strong, voice talent of Twilight Sparkle, a Canadian actress and prolific voice talent best known for bringing to life iconic characters like MY LITTLE PONY’s Twilight Sparkle (Friendship Is Magic). She has become one of the most recognizable and celebrated voices in animation and gaming.
  • Simone Legno, co-founder and artist of tokidoki, the Chief Creative Officer of the internationally acclaimed pop-culture lifestyle tokidoki brand known for its whimsical characters and global collaborations. Born in Rome and inspired by his love of Japan and world cultures, Legno has become a leading voice in contemporary design.
  • Andy Price, comic illustrator for MY LITTLE PONY, best known as the lead artist for the record-breaking MY LITTLE PONY: FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC comic books from IDW Publishing, where his work brings the magic, friendship and fun of the Mane 6 to life. 

Kayou’s impressive two-story-tall booth, easily spotted by its giant Kayou yellow hanging flag, will also feature dedicated brand destinations with MY LITTLE PONY makeovers, collectible tokidoki card-inspired cookies, and photo opps with favorite NARUTO cosplayers, creating unforgettable moments celebrating these fandoms. 

NYCC attendees will be able to purchase MY LITTLE PONY, NARUTO and tokidoki Kayou cards at the show, and also receive special gifts with select purchases.

  • 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. | MY LITTLE PONY Live Sketch & Autograph Session with Andy Price
