Mega Man X Launches in January 2026!

After the long-awaited return of the Blue Bomber to comics in the timeline-spanning one-shot adventures of Mega Man Timelines (final two issues coming in December!), fans clamored for more Mega Man tales in all of his forms… And UDON Entertainment is answering that call with an all-new Mega Man X series!

UDON Entertainment and CAPCOM team with writer Daniel Arsenault and artist Jeffrey “Chamba” Cruz to bring you Mega Man X #0, coming in January 2026! This kicks off the miniseries (issue #0 prelude and regular issues #1-5). Read on for details and to see the awesome variant covers in store!

The X-generation of Mega Man gets its own comics series! In this special prelude issue, the reploid hero known as X travels the highways of the future on his first solo mission, hunting a reploid who has gone rogue… a Maverick! Strap on your X-buster for more robotic action than ever!

UDON Celebrates Free Comic Book Day with Street Fighter: Back to School Special

UDON Entertainment is moving to the head of the class with an all-new Free Comic Book Day comic! Street Fighter heads back to school, as the world’s young fighters flex both their academic and martial arts prowess! Fan favorites Sakura, Ibuki, Karin, Makoto, and Elena come face-to-face with a new challenger – the leather-clad, motorcycle-riding Akira! It’s a square-off of (rival) schools in this action-packed one-shot!

The Street Fighter: Back to School Special features interior art by Genzoman, writing by UDON’s Director of Publishing, Matt Moylan, and cover art by Hanzo Steinbach. Fans of Street Fighter and Rival Schools will not want to miss out on this winning combo! Choose your fighter on Free Comic Book Day!

The Kings of Shadaloo Return in a Street Fighter One-Shot Comic

This December evil takes center stage, as UDON presents the Street Fighter: Shadaloo Special #1! This one-shot comic features four short stories, previously only available in UDON’s hardcover Street Fighter collections.

This villainous collection of rare tales includes two stories by writer Ken Siu-Chong and artist Hanzo Steinbach, and two stories both written and drawn by Omar Dogan. Balrog and Vega fight as only kings can! Juri and Crimson Viper hunt Decapre! Cammy teams up with Delta Red against Shadaloo, and the poisonous F.A.N.G causes mayhem!

Street Fighter: Shadaloo Special #1 sports two standard covers by Hanzo Steinbach (CVR A) and Ryan Kinnaird (CVR B). Also available in comic shops is a special Incentive CVR C by artist Panzer, which homages an x-citing comic cover from the 1990’s.

UDON is also producing its own online exclusive variant to the one-shot, showcasing the former Shadaloo operative turned MI6 agent – Cammy! This limited cover, illustrated by painter Warren Louw, is available for pre-order now exclusively through FocusAttack.com. Two versions are available – Cammy in her iconic Delta Red colors, and the EXTRA-limited (only 250 copies available!) Delta Blue version.

Udon Announces All-New Street Fighter vs. Darkstalkers Comic Series

After a tantalizing tease at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, UDON Entertainment has officially announced Street Fighter VS. Darkstalkers, an all-new comic series that sees Capcom’s legendary World Warriors and fan-favorite Night Warriors facing off in an action-packed, fan service-fueled comic adventure!

The series will kick off in February 2017 with Street Fighter VS. Darkstalkers #0, a special prelude issue brought to you by mainstay UDON crew members Matt Moylan (story) and Hanzo Steinbach (art). The series proper will then launch soon thereafter with Street Fighter VS. Darkstalkers #1, the first of an epic 8-issue series whose main creative team consists of beloved UDON veterans Ken Siu-chong (story) and Edwin Huang (art). And starting with issue #2, the series will also feature 4-page backup stories from a variety of creators!

So get ready – these time-tested warriors may have already met in arcades and on your game consoles, but nothing can prepare you for their impending comic book clash! When the likes of Ken, Chun-Li, Rashid, Sagat, and Akuma face off against Morrigan, Felicia, Jon Talbain, Bishamon, and Donovan, who will be left standing in the end?
