Rage 2 Gets an Art Book from Dark Horse

Dark Horse Comics joins Bethesda Softworks, Avalanche Studios, and id Software, the creators of the first-person shooter genre, to present The Art of RAGE 2, a collection of art from the development of the post-post apocalypse first-person shooter, RAGE 2.

The Art of RAGE 2 delves into the riotous world of the Wasteland to examine the intensity and beauty of RAGE 2 in an extensive hardcover collection of art and commentary from the studios behind DOOM and Just Cause 3! Explore the split scenery of lush overgrowth and barren deserts through concept art and finished renders from across the incredible landscape of one of the most anticipated games of 2019. The Art of RAGE 2 details the game’s wide-open world, insane characters, and massive guns—all with exclusive commentary from the developers of the game.

The Art of RAGE 2 arrives September 17, 2019 for $39.99.

Pax Prime 2015: Mad Max and Uber Team Up

The upcoming open-world action game Mad Max from Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and developed by Avalanche Studios will be bringing The Wasteland to Seattle at PAX Prime, where Uber will be offering Mad Max game-inspired vehicles for riders to select from in the area.

Uber riders will get a chance to ride in vehicles inspired by the Mad Max game at PAX Prime in Seattle from Aug. 28-Sept. 1. The convention takes place at the Washington State Convention Center from Friday, Aug. 28-Monday, Sept. 1 from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. PDT

The Mad Max video game introduces an original story set within the universe of Mad Max and features deep car customization that impacts its handling, metal-grinding vehicular action and gives players a vast arsenal of mobile weaponry within The Wasteland. Players become Max, the lone warrior who must fight to stay alive by engaging in vicious on-ground fighting, as well as physics-based vehicular combat, against savage factions who are fighting for domination and survival in this gritty, dynamic open-world.

The game will be released on Sept. 1, 2015 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.

Mad Max the Video Game Announced!

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today announced Mad Max, a new open world, third-person action game where players become Mad Max, a lone warrior in a savage post-apocalyptic world where cars are the key to survival. The game will debut for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, the Xbox 360 and Windows PC.

Scheduled for release in 2014, Mad Max will deliver dynamic, open-world gameplay where gamers fight to stay alive in The Wasteland, using brutal on-ground and vehicular combat against vicious gangs of bandits. Players are challenged with treacherous missions as they scavenge the dangerous landscape for supplies to build the ultimate combat vehicle.

Mad Max is under development by Avalanche Studios.
