Deadline has reported and director/writer James Gunn has confirmed that Will Poulter will play Adam Warlock in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
The character was teased at the end of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and it has been a question as to when we’d see the actual character on the screen. The character was described as the perfect Sovereign created to help destroy the Guardians of the Galaxy.
This will be Will Poulter’s first role as a comic character. He has appeared in The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, We’re the Millers, The Revenant, Detroit, Maze Runner: The Death Cure, and more.
