Dan Abnett and Matteo Della Fonte shine the spotlight on the early days of Peter Parker and Frank Castle’s not-so-friendly relationship this July in Punisher vs. Spider-Man

This summer Peter Parker and Frank Castle take a walk down memory pain in Punisher vs. Spider-Man, an all-new five issue limited series detailing some of the duo’s earliest encounters in the Marvel Universe.

Taking place shortly after Punisher’s debut dust-up with Spider-Man in the pages of Amazing Spider-Man #129, writer Dan Abnett and artist Matteo Della Fonte force Peter Parker and Frank Castle to set aside their differences for the greater good… until they inevitably turn on one another once again.

THE PUNISHER AND SPIDER-MAN, two of the most notorious names in New York City with very different approaches to making the Big Apple safer (or not, depending on who you ask!). Brought together by happenstance and forced to stay that way by an ally from Frank Castle’s past in need, will the web-slinger and the gunslinger be able to begrudgingly set aside their differences before they find themselves at one another’s throats?!

Check out the main cover for Punisher vs. Spider-Man #1 by Jonas Scharf and a variant by Netho Diaz, plus interior pages by Matteo Della Fonte below. And for more early days Spider-Man vs. Punisher action, look for the Amazing Spider-Man #129 Facsimile Edition [New Printing] in comic shops this July.

Fans of The Boys can celebrate two terrific decades of supes-smearing with a brand new set of complete paperback omnibuses celebrating the anniversary. With the fifth and final season of the flagship show on Amazon’s Prime Video airing now, it’s the perfect time to grab the revered original comics and add them to your shelf and binge list.

TheBoys made a huge splash when it debuted in 2006 by co-creators Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, quickly courting controversy. Dynamite was proud to take in the title and continue publishing it for nearly 100 issues, across the core title and multiple companion miniseries. Flash forward 20 years and the series has become canonized as one of the preeminent deconstructions and satires of the superhero genre. With the smash-hit show developed by Eric Kripke (Supernatural) and starring fan-favorites Karl Urban, Antony Starr, Jack Quaid, Erin Moriarty, Jensen Ackles, and so many more, a whole new legion of fans have continued to get to know this riotous world and beloved characters.

The perfect way to celebrate that legacy is re-presenting this set of six scintillating tomes, formatted as handy, chunky paperback feasts for the eyes. With newly designed packaging marking the anniversary, each volume is jam packed with the most twisted superhero story ever published!

On the Kickstarter, each volume is available separately, double-signed by both Ennis and Robertson, and both offerings are available as a complete set. Fans who go for the full set, signed or not, get an extra bonus! What could be better than nabbing all six volumes of the 20th Anniversary The Boys Omnibuses? How about getting a free The Boys #1 Holofoil variant. This special collectible comic would normally be valued at $100.

In addition to the omnibuses, collectors can scope out a new mystery blind bag offering for The Boys. Each bag contains three separate limited edition variants of key issues from the series. Unique variants never before offered, featuring premium enhancements like virgins, foil, and more can be found within these thrilling bags.

Ultra-rare collectible metal editions of key issues The Boys #1 and #3 are also being offered.

Fan-favorite artist Ken Haeser is also ready with his ink-slinging abilities to illustrate sketch covers of main characters of The Boys for the original art collections of fans looking for something special and one-of-one!

This campaign is set to run for a limited time, just over a month coinciding with the release of The Boys Season 5. So fans should pledge now, whether they want this can’t-miss deal on these special edition omnibuses, ultra-rare comic book collectibles or all the other awesome options!

Killer Croc gets a Premium Format Figure from Sideshow

Waylon Jones (AKA Killer Croc) has a rare genetic condition that gives him a reptilian appearance and superhuman strength. Turning to a life of crime, his animalistic tendencies have developed over time, making him a troublesome foe for Batman.

The Killer Croc Premium Format Figure by Sideshow, in collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products, showcases Killer Croc as he rampages around the city sewers.

Measuring 22.44 inches tall, 24.44 inches deep, and 21.25 wide, the Killer Croc Premium Format Figure is an officially licensed DC-themed collectible inspired by the character’s comic book appearance.

Waylon Jones’ reptilian mouth unhinges in a furious scream as he tears through the filthy underbelly of Gotham City. Liberated from his cell, but not from his rare condition, the bulky villain once again plunges into a life of crime and inhuman urges.

Waylon’s shackles and torn orange pants indicate an escape from Arkham, which could not contain his thick hide. The Killer Croc Premium Format Figure also includes a swap-out right hand holding a pipe. It is a formidable weapon when wielded alongside razor sharp teeth and a terrifying crocodile tail.

An unrivaled swimmer, Killer Croc has collected a few mementos from his battles and hidden them where only he and the rats can reach. The immensely detailed base includes further allusions to his past, such as skeletons and Bane’s mask, all drowned under sloshing green water. Additionally, significant numbers on a sewer sign reference important dates in Killer Croc’s publication history.

Man, monster, or the most impressive piece in your collection? The Killer Croc Premium Format Figure is available to pre-order now.
