Wednesdays are new comic book day! Each week hundreds of comics are released, and that can be pretty daunting to go over and choose what to buy. That’s where we come in

Each week our contributors choose what they can’t wait to read this week or just sounds interesting. In other words, this is what we’re looking forward to and think you should be taking a look at!

Find think below, and what comics you should be looking out for

12-Foot Skeleton #1 (Ignition Press) – Ignition Press has been putting out solid comics and every release is worth checking out the first issue.

The Accessories #3 (Panick) – The series focused on the assistants to classic monsters has been a lot of fun so far.

Archie Vs. The Terminator #1 (Dynamite) – How can you not be excited for this?

Batman And Robin: Year One – Dynamic Duos #3 (DC Comics) – As expected, the series has been fantastic with great storytelling and art.

Batman: Bad Seeds – Gotham Central #2 (DC Comics) – The first issue was fantastic focusing on a more ground level story during the event. As people attempt to flee, Gordon and a few other officers must protect a person being hunted in the crowded subway.

Chachu #3 (Image Comics) – The series has been fantastic with a noir-ish hunt for a missing person as a niece gets to know her uncle.

DNX #3 (Marvel) – The event has been pretty solid so far and we’re interested to see where it goes and its impact on the Marvel Universe.

Hammer Head #1 (Mad Cave Studios) – For 20 years, Jules has been hiding from her past. As the only survivor of the Hammer Head killing-spree, she carries the guilt and trauma of having watched as everyone she loved was brutally murdered.

Infernal Hulk Vs. Fantastic Four #1 (Marvel) – The Infernal Hulk comics have been some of the best that Marvel has been putting out.

Magic The Gathering – Untold Stories – Liliana #1 (Dark Horse) – We’ll admit we haven’t been totally blown away by Dark Horse’s Magic: The Gathering comics. They’ve relied a bit too much on knowing the characters, game, and history. But, we’re always interested in checking out the debut issue.

No Gods No Masters #2 (BOOM! Studios) – We really liked the first issue which delivered a slight twist on kaiju disaster stories.

Speed Racer: Tales From The Road – Frankenstein’s Dragster #1 (Mad Cave Studios) – The Tales From the Road line has been a fun way to see what others would do with Speed Racer.

Star Trek: Zero Point #1 (IDW Publishing) – We’re intrigued by the new direction and releases for IDW’s Star Trek line.

You’ll Never Leave This Place Alive #1 (IDW Publishing) – A new horror series from Jackson Lanzing, Collin Kelly, and Heather Vaughan? Yeah, we’re getting this.

Winnie-The-Pooh: The Graphic Novel (Ten Speed for Young Readers) – It’s absolutely fantastic, the type of graphic novel the whole family can read together.
