Modiphius Entertainment has announced the next tabletop roleplaying game in official Discworld games, with Discworld: Adventures in Lancre and Überwald, launching on Gamefound in October.

Following on from the success of Discworld: Adventures in Ankh Morpork, which raised over £2million on Kickstarter during its 2025 campaign, comes the tabletop roleplaying game Discworld: Adventures in Lancre and Uberwald. This new core book is a standalone product, playable with or without its predecessor, exploring Lancre (and its witches), Überwald, and the Chalk.

The Gamefound campaign will offer numerous options for players, including, but not limited to, a hardcover core rule book (available in standard and collector’s editions), adventure book, GM Toolkit, supplements, and dice. In addition, for the first time there will be full rules for ongoing campaigns, and a book containing a series of linked adventures taking you on a whirlwind tour of the Ramtops.

In exploring Lancre and Überwald, players can encounter and play as, witches, vampires, trolls, and werewolves, with the ability to create a wide range of new characters. The book also introduces many fan-favourite characters and locations, from the Ogg clan to Don’tgonearthe Castle to Granny Weatherwax herself.

The game also includes extended guidance and support for new players and gamemasters, with additional examples incorporating the humour and wit that Terry Pratchett’s Discworld series is renowned for. Complete with expanded rules for complex challenges, new risks for taking multiple consequences, and a wealth of common situations explained in full, this will be the easiest start for newcomers to both Discworld and to tabletop roleplaying games to date. 

Discworld: Adventures in Lancre and Überwald joins Modiphius Entertainment’s line of upcoming Discworld games, which include Kill Sam Vimes, a light board game pursuing the titular character, and Readers Digested, a licensed edition of Blue Moon City by Reiner Knizia, which are available to pre-order.
