Box Tales Vol. 3: Brave the Wild! (First Second) – Best friends Bea and Box are planning the biggest adventure they can imagine―an overnight camp out to visit the biggest redwood tree in the world. We love this graphic novel series for younger readers.

Cult-De-Sac #1 (Ignition Press) – An evil Homeowner’s Association? Aren’t they all evil?

D’Orc #7 (Image Comics) – We love this series which delivers a fun off-the-rails fantasy adventure.

Faceless And The Family: Maze Of The Mechanical Aliens #2 (Oni Press) – The story is sci-fi weirdness but the art is on another level.

Fury Of Firestorm #5 (DC Comics) – The series has featured some amazing storytelling with a fantastic mix of traditional superheroes and horror.

Gargoyles Volume 2 #1 (Dynamite) – The beloved animated series gets a whole new volume in comics!

Hank Howard Pizza Detective The Fair Play #1 (Bad Idea) – Hank Howard is always an entertaining release mixing an absurd concept of a classic detective/noir story taking place in a pizza shop.

Hello Kitty And Friends: Hello World #1 (IDW Publishing) – The popular Hello Kitty comes to comics!

Infernal Hulk #10 (Marvel) – One of the best series on the shelves right now. It’s deliver a truly horrifying Hulk that focuses heavily on his horror roots.

LYNX Volume 1 (VIZ Media) – We’re reminded by Blade Runner and other dystopian sci-fi but the focus on a detective murder mystery with some amazing art makes it stand out.

Miles Morales Spider-Man #1 (Marvel) – After a bit of a break, Miles is back in his very own series.

My Beloved Other: A Memoir of Love, Race, and Optimism in a Time of Denial (23rd Street) – The graphic novel is amazing as an interracial couple discuss racism through their lives.

Neverlanders: Get Lost (G.P. Putnam’s Sons Books for Young Readers) – When a mysterious rot is discovered at the edge of the island, the fun and games come crashing to a halt. The Lost Ones must face a horrifying new reality: The magic tree, source of Neverland’s power, is dying.
