The Texas Comptroller Withdraws its Claim against Diamond
The Texas Comptroller and State of Texas have withdrawn their claim against Diamond Comic Distributors. The claim was filed May 9, 2025 and was incurred from November 2024 to January 2025 and a tax for sales and use. The amount was $12,809.72.
