Dark Horse Comics has submitted a joinder that they are objecting to Diamond’s motion to approve procedures for sale or other disposition of consigned inventory.

Dark Horse mentions that they joined the “consignment group” that submitted an objection on July 16. That day, numerous groups and publishers objected to the motion. Dark Horse is joining the group that includes Aspen, Black Mask Studios, DSTLRY, Dynamic Forces/Dynamite, Heavy Metal Entertainment, Magnetic Press, Massive Publishing, Oni-Lion Forge Publishing Group, Panini UK, Punk Bot Comic Books/Alien Books, The Penn State University/Graphic Mundi, Titan Publishing, and Vault Comics. They are represented by McNamee Hosea, P.A.

A hearing will be held on Monday, August 18 on this subject and a lot more. It’s expected to go on for multiple days.
