Diamond Comic Distributors‘ Tom Garey has been issued a subpoena to appear and testify in the Chapter 11 case of Diamond Comic Distributors and is to appear in court on July 16. Gary is the Controller for Diamond and has been in that position since November 1996. A Controller oversees a company’s financial operations.

The subpoena is in regards to the main bankruptcy case of Diamond Comic Distributors and not a part of either of the “sub cases” that have spun out of it.
