Wednesdays are new comic book day! Each week hundreds of comics are released, and that can be pretty daunting to go over and choose what to buy. That’s where we come in
Each week our contributors choose what they can’t wait to read this week or just sounds interesting. In other words, this is what we’re looking forward to and think you should be taking a look at!
Find think below, and what comics you should be looking out for
Absolute Wonder Woman #2 (DC Comics) – The first issue was good with an interesting twist on Wonder Woman and a dark spin on the art and we’re intrigued to see how it builds its world.
Batman/Santa Claus: Silent Knight Returns #1 (DC Comics) – Last year’s Batman/Santa team-up was awesome!
Feral #8 (Image Comics) – The series has been an amazing mix of horror, dread, and heart wrenching tears.
Justice League Unlimited #1 (DC Comics) – It’s a new Justice League with a grander line-up. We want to see where this new vision goes and what challenges they’ll face in the “All In” era.
Lebanon is Burning and Other Dispatches (Graphic Mundi) – A very educational graphic novel about the protests and uprisings in the Middle East in the 2010s.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #4 (IDW Publishing) – The new volume has been great in story and art as each focuses on individual Turtles allowing for new spins for long time fans and easy entry points for new readers.
Ultimate Black Panther #10 (Marvel) – We want to know the deal with this take on vibranium!
Void Rivals #14 (Skybound) – The series has been building on the Transformers mythos in interesting ways and with G.I. JOE’s collision with the series looming, we’re pumped for each issue.
West Coast Avengers #1 (Marvel) – Ultron’s on the team!?
