My Favorite Thing is Monsters is currently the top graphic novel on the list appearing on 24 lists so far. The graphic novel was #1 on two lists.

Mister Miracle is the best floppy comic appearing on 21 lists. The comic was #1 on four lists.

392 different comics have made the list so far and I’m sure there’s more to come.
