New York Comic Con 2017: Alterna Reveals TV Commercials with Local Comic Shops
You have to like a comic publisher that’s willing to break the mold and broaden the audience they’re marketing to. Alterna Comics has partnered with two local comic shops in the New England area to create commercials that will be aired locally in the shops’ respective regions. Stairway to Heaven Comics in Newington, NH and Friendly Neighborhood Comics! in Bellingham, MA are both big supporters of Alterna’s initiative to bring back lower-priced newsprint comics to comic shops and newsstands.

XFINITY customers in the areas listed below will be able to see these commercials aired on Sundays at 11pm during Rick and Morty (Adult Swim) and Wednesdays at 10pm during South Park (Comedy Central) during the months of October and November.
