Babineaux arrives at the crime scene of a wedding planner who was shot to death and is shocked to realize he used to date the victim. To make matters worse, the probe reveals the victim was stalking Babineaux, which makes him the chief suspect.

iZombie ups the crazy as Liv has to eat the brain of a stalker and goes Fatal Attraction dealing with Major and more. As usual Rose McIver is the draw up the episode as it’s one that doesn’t move along the greater plot, instead focusing on the mystery of the week. In those episodes it’s all about McIver and her personality shifts.

In this one, she’s full on batshit insane, but it’s somewhat justified since we’re not quite sure if Major’s previous relationship is over. The episode is all about relationships in its round about way, especially Liv and Majors.

There’s the usual fun and McIver is fantastic in her role. Not shocking since she knocks it out of the park so often. The series does rely on a formula that we see far too often (maybe a two-part mystery, or not do a mystery of the week), but it’s still really entertaining, again because of McIver and the rest of the cast that plays off of her so well.
