This week sees the release of Aquaman #16, the latest installment of the Throne of Atlantis storyline running between that series and Justice League. The story concludes in next month’s Justice League #17.

The story obviously has some big repercussions for Aquaman, and DC has released some teaser images of the comic which hits shelves February 27.

Aquaman #17 serves as the epilogue for Throne of Atlantis and features an appearance by the Sea Devils, who are not too happy about the post-Throne of Atlantis world … AT ALL. Amanda Waller steps into the mix and the issue debuts a new cast member, Murk!

The issue also moves right into the next major series arc – with an all-new villain destined to shake what you know about Aquaman to its core!
