The Batman Who Laughs Soda Figure from Funko, TMNT Mirage Figures from Super7 lead April PREVIEWS Exclusive Collectibles

Diamond Comic Distributors has announced in April the upcoming release of several PREVIEWS Exclusive collectibles. Included in these announcements were The Batman Who Laughs vinyl soda figure from Funko, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mirage Variant figures from Super7, a new line of Transformers action figures from Icon Heroes, and the latest series of Alien and Predator 1/18 scale figures from Hiya Toys.

The Batman Who Laughs, the breakout star of DC Comic’s Dark Multiverse, joins the ranks of one of Funko’s newest and most popular collectible lines as a PREVIEWS Exclusive vinyl soda figure. The Vinyl Soda packaging looks like a can of soda pop, but inside the can is a limited edition 4-1/4” tall vinyl figure of the toxin-corrupted Batman Who Laughs, along with a collectible disc. A chase variant of this figure is also available. The PREVIEWS Exclusive Vinyl Soda: Batman Who Laughs Vinyl Figure (AUG208757; SRP: $13.99) has an expected release date of June 30, 2021 and will be limited to 10,000 pieces.

The PREVIEWS Exclusive Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mirage Variant Figure 4 Piece Set (NOV208913; SRP: $74.99) from Super7 features the Turtles as they appeared in the original Mirage comic by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. These comic-accurate 3 3/4″ scale retro-style Turtles feature 5 points of articulation and come individually packaged on illustrated backing cards featuring classic comic art on both front and back. The TMNT Mirage Variant Figure 4 Piece Set has an expected release date of September 29, 2021.

Icon Heroes has introduced an all-new line of PREVIEWS Exclusive Transformers collectibles. This new line features a Grimlock Red Sword Letter Opener, based on Grimlock’s Generation One appearance (FEB219262; SRP: $30.00), Transformers: Matrix of Leadership Bookend, based on the Transformers: Generation One animated series and movie (FEB219263; SRP: $70.00), and the Transformers: Soundwave Bust Resin Card Holder, perfect for displaying business cards (FEB219268; SRP: $60.00). The Grimlock Red Sword Letter Opener has an expected release date of October 27, 2021, while the Matrix of Leadership Bookend and the Soundwave Card Holder are expected to release in the first quarter of 2022.

The latest round of PREVIEWS Exclusive 1/18 scale figures from Hiya Toys consist of signature items like the Alien vs. Predator Invisible Chopper Predator, complete with clear molding and extended wristblades (MAR218437; SRP: $19.99), Ripley in her iconic white space suit worn during the closing scenes of Ridley Scott’s 1979 Alien (MAR218436; SRP: $19.99), the Lead Alien Warrior, the Cloned Queen’s most loyal and valued servant (MAR218435; SRP: $19.99), and the Predator Hounds, Chimeric canines created through hybridization techniques (MAR218438; SRP: $19.99) All four exclusives from Hiya Toys have an expected release date of February 23, 2022.

SDCC 2019: Super7 Welcomes You to the World of Peanuts and Good Ol’ Charlie Brown

Super7 heads to the funny pages with the debut of its new Peanuts collection at San Diego Comic-Con 2019. Known for taking well-loved entertainment properties from the past and putting a new, modern spin on them, Super7 has done it again with the beloved comic strip Peanuts and focusing on the more stylized 1950’s characters from the launch of the strip.

Return to the good ol’ days of Peanuts at the exclusive Good Grief, a Super7 x Peanuts Gift Shop, showcased at the Super7 San Diego store.This once in a year/lifetime/Comic Con exclusive event will take place Friday through Sunday July 19-21, 2019, 11:00am-9:00pm (Fri-Sat) and11:00am-5:00pm (Sun) at 701 Eighth Ave, San Diego, CA 92101. 

This collection’s signature piece, the Good Ol’ Charlie Brown 3.75” ReAction Figure showcases Charlie Brown as he appeared in the very first Peanuts newspaper strip from October 2nd, 1950. Standing by Good Ol’ Charlie Brown’s side will be a life-size 16” Snoopy vinyl figure featuring a teasing Snoopy, complete with a removable Charlie Brown Mask and fabric shirt, as he was seen in the Oct 23, 1953 strip. Super Cyborg Megatron

MOTU Club Grayskull the Ultimate Collectors Piece from Super7 Open for Pre-Order

Super7 has announced the Club Grayskull Wave 3 and Filmation Ultimates Figures! The pre-order window for these 6-inch figures is closing soon- Thursday, November 15th at 12:00am Midnight PST.

This is a limited edition release. The Club Grayskull Wave 3 figures are available only as a set. Individual figures can only be purchased with a full set of the MOTU Club Grayskull Wave 3 figures. The Ultimates figures can be ordered individually. We expect to ship this figures in Spring 2019.

SDCC 2018: Universal Monsters Take over Super7’s Store

Comic Con is about to get a whole lot spookier.

Welcome to the BOOdega Monster take over event at the San Diego Super7 Store located at 701 8th Avenue SD California 92101. From Friday July 20- Sunday July 22nd the shop will transform into the ultimate horror experience.

The launch is to celebrate Super7’s new partnership with the legendary and iconic Universal Monsters.

The activation will have the exclusive release of items available only at the Boodega event:

Unique versions of the Wave 1 Universal Monsters 3.75″ ReAction Figures.

Exclusive limited edition signed and numbered prints by legendary artist Ed Repka.

Other items will only be available at the Boodega like extremely limited edition shoe collabs and apparel.
