Batman was a bit out of his jurisdiction of Gotham.  A man was arrested after Petoskey Department of Public Safety officers pulled a man dressed as Batman back onto a rooftop after he was hanging on the ledge.  The man’s utility belt contained a collapsible baton and a container of pepper spray which lead to the man’s arrest for possession of dangerous weapons along with trespassing.

The man is identified as Mark Williams a self-described “geek” who’s into comics, action figures and Batman (obviously).

The policy photographed him both in and out of costume.
