We’re not crying, you’re crying. And it’s definitely not over the death of Trigger Keaton. We’ve made it to the miniseries finale of The Six Sidekicks of Trigger Keaton and your reward for coming along for the ride is a slapstick dumpster fire of epic proportions. Image Comics and Skybound have revealed a first look at the hugely-anticipated issue #6 from Eisner Award nominees Kyle Starks and Chris Schweizer, complete with a variant cover from Leila del Duca to send us off in style.  

Have these six dummies figured out who killed their terribly unlikable TV star employer? Will they get their satisfaction? Will they likely have to fight some more? Yes, my friends, they will definitely have to fight some more! That’s what we’re here for! Fights and dumb mysteries! Come and enjoy this satisfying conclusion to these six finding friendship and the killer and maybe a better life too. Or maybe not. Maybe it all goes to crap. We’re not going to just give it away.

Look, we don’t want to waste your time—you read comics, you love comics and so you’re already skipping past these words to see the first look at The Six Sidekicks of Trigger Keaton #5 from Image Comics and Skybound. That means you also know that Eisner Award nominees Kyle Starks and Chris Schweizer are delivering an issue so good that it needed a cover from acclaimed artist Francesco Francavilla to improve upon the perfection that’s assured. 

So, when I tell you this issue has TWENTY FULL PAGES—that’s right, FULL PAGES—of massive kung fu action from our six former sidekicks going toe-to-toe with a tidal wave of angry stuntmen looking for revenge and for blood, you know that ain’t something we say lightly, right? We’re beginning to think that the former sidekicks of TV’s biggest action star might be dummies, but we’ll learn for sure in The Six Sidekicks of Trigger Keaton #3. Image Comics and Skybound have revealed a first look at the next issue of the critically acclaimed new series from Eisner Award nominees Kyle Starks and Chris Schweizer.

Looking to increase their muscle to protect their scrawny necks, our trio of former sidekicks head to the world of underground fighting to recruit a former sidekick and martial arts prodigy. But then they all get drunk and it’s a mess, folks. But they’re PROBABLY getting closer to solving the mystery. We hope.

Look, we don’t know who killed Trigger Keaton yet, but we do know that the BEST CAR CHASE EVER PUT TO PAPER is going down in The Six Sidekicks of Trigger Keaton #2. Image Comics and Skybound have revealed a first look at the hotly-anticipated issue from Eisner Award nominees Kyle Starks and Chris Schweizer.

Like we said, someone murdered Trigger Keaton, the world’s most famous TV action hero. But to be fair, everyone kinda hated him. Trust us, you probably would’ve hated him too…but when it comes to solving this mystery, there’s no one better (well, that’s debatable) than his former television sidekicks.

Image Comics and Skybound have revealed a new variant cover by Erica Henderson and a first look at interior art from the hotly anticipated action/mystery series The Six Sidekicks of Trigger Keaton by Eisner Award nominees Kyle Starks and Chris Schweizer.

The world’s most unlikable action star has been found dead, and his previous TV sidekicks take it upon themselves to find out who killed him. But how can you catch a murderer when almost everyone hated the victim? Time for the sidekicks to become the stars of this show…that is, if any can survive the STUNTMAN WAR!

In addition to a stunning new variant from Henderson, this debut issue will feature a Pride variant by Ed Luce.

Image and Skybound Reveal Pride Month Charity Variants to Benefit the Transgender Law Center

In celebration of Pride Month this June, Skybound Entertainment will release a line of nine variant covers featuring art by LGBTQI+ creators.

All proceeds  from the sales of these Pride Month variant covers,  will be donated to the Transgender Law Center, the largest national trans-led organization advocating for a world in which all people are free to define themselves and their futures. Skybound will continue these charity initiatives throughout the year along with additional actions in support of underrepresented and vulnerable communities.
