Gungnir inks an exclusive distribution deal with Diamond Book Distributors

Diamond Book Distributors has announced that it has signed a worldwide distribution agreement with Gungnir to exclusively distribute their products to North American and international book markets.

Gungnir aims to bring the heart of punk rock to the publishing world by inspiring the next generation of dreamers and thinkers through thought-provoking, mind-bending science fiction & genre books. Launching in 2024, the company aims to deliver compelling characters, awe-inspiring worldbuilding, and undeniably emotional stories. Gungnir will publish graphic novels, prose novels, and art books in hardcover form with new, unique, and limited covers for each edition of every title.

Gungnir will kick off with a stunning publishing slate and bring 4-8 new titles to market per year. Their first book, Mutant CatsRick and Morty meets Aqua Teen tale by the creative studio Herø Projects and the Mutant Cats brand will be released May 7, 2024. Releasing April 9th is the new Steve Aoki and Jim Krueger title HiROQUEST: Genesis & Double Helix, a part prose, part graphic novel fantasy adventure that explores the cost of love and heroism. Subsequent releases will feature work from comic creators such as Stefan Petrucha, Matthew Medney, Don Macnab-Stark, Robert Greenberg, James Patrick, Steve Orlando, Johnathan McClain, and more!
