Oni Press has unveiled the first look inside the Scott Pilgrim 20th Anniversary Color Hardcover Box Set and Scott Pilgrim 20th Anniversary B&W Hardcover Box Set – featuring all-new, never-before-seen artwork by the series’ Eisner Award-winning creator, Bryan Lee O’Malley, with colors by Eisner Award winner Nathan Fairbairn and design by Eisner Award nominee Patrick Crotty

Available in both color and newly remastered black and white – preserving the series’ original vision in hardcover for the very first time – each Scott Pilgrim 20th Anniversary Box Set will come packaged in deluxe, clamshell collector’s boxes that come packed with new art and limited-edition bonus items specifically created in celebration of the Scott Pilgrim series’ 20th anniversary. Debuting in comic shops and bookstores everywhere in August 2024 – exactly 20 years after the debut of the series’ first volume, Scott Pilgrim’s Precious Little Life, in August 2004 –  each box set will feature:

NYCC 2023: Oni announces SP20, celebrating 20 years of Bryan Lee O’Malley’s Scott Pilgrim

First revealed at the first annual Lunar Distribution summit at New York Comic ConOni Press has announced SP20, an anniversary initiative celebrating 20 years of Bryan Lee O’Malley‘s iconic Scott Pilgrim series, following the debut of Scott Pilgrim Takes Off! – the upcoming Netflix anime series co-written and produced by O’Malley that will debut worldwide on November 17th.

Spanning 2024 with a selection of all-new and newly remastered items, the centerpiece of SP20 will be two meticulously designed, ultra-premium box set collections – one in color, the other in newly remastered black and white preserving the series’ original vision in hardcover for the very first time. Featuring new designs by Eisner Award nominee Patrick Crotty and curated by O’Malley himself, both the Scott Pilgrim 20th Anniversary Color Hardcover Box Set and Scott Pilgrim 20th Anniversary B&W Hardcover Box Set will come packaged in deluxe, clamshell collector’s boxes loaded with new art and limited-edition bonus items that will soon be revealed. 

Both box sets will be released in July 2024, in advance of San Diego Comic Con.
