Planeswalker Tezzeret Features in Magic: Master of Metal #1

BOOM! Studios has revealed today a first look at Magic: Master of Metal #1, a special 40-page one-shot issue from acclaimed comics writer Mairghread Scott, and acclaimed artists Jorge Coehlo, French Carlomagno, and Jacques Salomon, colorist Francesco Segala, and letterer Ed Dukeshire, featuring the infamous Master of Metal, Tezzeret, in four brand new stories that’ll ignite a spark of events bound to ripple throughout the Multiverse! 

When the fate of the Multiverse is at stake, what game will the scheming Master of Metal play? In “Axis”, “Lover of Things”, “Right Hand of God”, and “What Which is Mine”, the cruel artificer Tezzeret of Esper, now free from his former master Nicol Bolas, the God-Pharaoh of Amonkhet, travels across the Multiverse seeking the answer to a question only he knows. BOOM! Studios has announced that the debut issue of House of Slaughter is the best selling original comic book series in BOOM!’s history after Keanu Reeves’ BRZRKR. The first issue has sold out at the distributor level and will be going back to press!

In response to the overwhelming support from retailers and fans, BOOM! Studios has announced House of Slaughter #1 Second Printing, featuring three brand new covers! The main cover and foil variant feature art by fan favorite artist Miguel Mercado and the incentive variant cover is by superstar artists Jae Lee and June Chung, available in stores on November 17, 2021.
