This month Kabam unveiled the highly trained mercenary Silver Sable and X-Men mutant Negasonic Teenage Warhead as the newest Champions to join its popular mobile fighter MARVEL Contest of Champions! Players can now check out Silver Sable and Negasonic Teenage Warhead Deep Dive and Special Moves content on the official MARVEL Contest of Champions YouTube channel. 

Kabam has also introduced the next Deathless Champion–DEATHLESS VISION! Watch the latest cinematic and meet the new Deathless Champion with a Hollow Heart. New and existing players can add this Champion to their roster by acquiring 5x Deathless Vision pieces by completing specific in-game activities. Be sure to complete these objectives, as the pieces will only be available for a limited time. Follow The Contest on X and stay tuned for the next Deathless Champion challenger.

Set your reminders! Silver Sable arrives in-game on May 21 and Negasonic Teenage Warhead is available NOW. With over 250 Champions in The Contest, players can also add other classic X-Men, including Jubilee, Absolute Zero, Night Crawler and more.

Here is a quick look at what The Contest has in store this month:

Deadpool Teams up with Negasonic Teenage Warhead and the Mercs for Money to tackle a lucrative train heist for a mysterious employer. However, things quickly go south when the Mercs find out Deadpool’s been keeping secrets about the job. To make matters worse, the Mercs quickly realize they’re not the only one on the job when Silver Sable shows up to claim the same artifact.

Silver Sable, a born leader and a master of many forms of martial arts, she is a highly skilled marksman and swordsman, using her training to lead a group of reformed criminals working as mercenaries in a group known as the “Wild Pack”. As the CEO of Silver Sable International, she helps provide security, recover stolen property, and apprehend felons for big companies and even countries.

Eloise Phimister, a.k.a. Negasonic Teenage Warhead, was once a devout student of Emma Frost and was among the mutants wiped out by the wild Sentinel attack on Genosha. After being resurrected by the External Selene, Negasonic Teenage Warhead’s powers have grown, enhancing her precognition and allowing her to create fiery bursts of atomic energy as well as the ability to shape reality itself.

New epic themes stretching across multiple months of adventures in The Contest are coming! The first of these Sagas is X-Magica and will span from March 6 to June 5. Here’s what you have to look forward to!

In this first Saga X-Magica, we witness rising threats looming over the Mutants and Mystics of The Battlerealm. Heroes must unite these two disparate groups as they face constant attacks from fearsome foes.

Knull and his army of Symbiotes have set their eye on the mutant island paradise of Krakoa, intent on consuming its inhabitants to add to his growing army of parasitic monstrosities. On the other side of The Battlerealm, Kingpin has begun his foray into the realm of arcane crime, starting with a highly lucrative heist targeting Doctor Strange’s Sanctum Sanctorum. Seeing an opportunity to collaborate, Magik, Nightcrawler, and Scarlet Witch set about establishing an alliance between Mutants and Mystics in the hopes of saving both from these calamitous villains.

Can the sorcerers push back Knull’s rising tide of darkness and save Krakoa from annihilation? Can the X-Men dismantle Kingpin’s magical mob of arcane empowered criminals? Find out in the first ever exciting Saga – X-Magica!

THE VOTE IS IN! Marvel Contest of Champions kicked off their annual Summoner’s Choice Champion Vote tasking players to choose which nefarious Champion to bring in-game to The Contest. Eight candidates were up for vote and the fans have spoken with SHATHRA as the winner! Players will be able to welcome her to The Contest later this year.
