The Rogue Trooper Teaser Trailer Is Here!

The first teaser trailer along with four new stills for the forthcoming Rogue Trooper movie has been revealed! From filmmaker Duncan Jones, the movie will be released later this year.

Rogue Trooper is a fully animated science fiction feature from Rebellion and Liberty Films. Taken from 2000 AD, the legendary British comic book, which is also home to Judge Dredd, Rogue Trooper was co-created by artist Dave Gibbons and Gerry Finley-Day and has been adapted for the screen by Duncan Jones.

The film features Sean Bean, Hayley Atwell, Asa Butterfield, Jemaine Clement, Matt Berry, and more.

Rogue Trooper is produced by Stuart Fenegan alongside Jason Kingsley, Chris Kingsley, and Duncan Jones.

Avatar: The Way of Water Gets a Teaser Trailer

Set more than a decade after the events of the first film, Avatar: The Way of Water begins to tell the story of the Sully family (Jake, Neytiri, and their kids), the trouble that follows them, the lengths they go to keep each other safe, the battles they fight to stay alive, and the tragedies they endure.

Directed by James Cameron and produced by Cameron and Jon Landau, the film stars Zoe Saldana, Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, Cliff Curtis, Joel David Moore, CCH Pounder, Edie Falco, Jemaine Clement, and Kate Winslet.

Avatar: The Way of Water comes to theaters in December.

Taika Waititi will Direct The Incal from Alejandro Jodorowsky and Moebius

A big screen adaptation of the beloved graphic novel The Incal from Alejandro Jodorowsky and Moebius has taken a major step forward. Taika Waititi will adapt and direct the film. Waititi is collaborating with Jemaine Clement and Peter Warren on the project. It’s the first film for comic and graphic novel publisher Humanoids.

The Incal is a French graphic novel by Jodorowsky and Jean Giraud, aka Moebius. It introduced the “Metabarons Universe.” It was originally published in installments between 1980 and 1988 in the French magazine Métal Hurlant. Additional volumes were releases into 2014, Before the Incal, After the Incal, and Final Incal. It also featured spin-off series Metabarons, The Technopriests, and Megalex.

The story revolves around the Light Incal, a crystal of enormous and infinite powers and the numerous factions that want it. A group comes together to save the universe and stop the forces of the Dark Incal.
