An all-new era for Earth’s Mightiest Heroes kicked off this week in Avengers: Armageddon #1 by Chip Zdarsky, Delio Diaz, and Frank Alpizar, the debut issue of a five-part event series that leads directly into Zdarsky and Marco Checchetto’s new run of Avengers launching in November! Today, fans can peek ahead with the reveal of Avengers: Armageddon #4, on sale in September.

Avengers: Armageddon thrusts Earth’s Mightiest Heroes into a global conflict against Red Hulk, who has seized control of Latveria and now sets his sights on the rest of the globe. Queen in Black #1 gets a True Believers 20-Bag Display Box featuring 19 Blind Bags and an Exclusive Cover by Patrick Gleason

Marvel’s Alias returns to Celebrate Jessica Jones’ 25th Anniversary

In 2001, Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Gaydos introduced an all-new, gritty side of the Marvel Universe in Alias. The acclaimed series, now considered one of Bendis’ signature Marvel works, marked the debut of super hero private investigator Jessica Jones, a breakout character of the 2000s who later headlined her own television series and is set to return in the second season of Daredevil: Born Again next year. Marvel will celebrate the 25th anniversary of Alias this March with the launch of Alias: Red Band, a five-issue series by writer Sam Humphries and artist Geraldo Borges. Renowned artist David Mack will return to grace the series with his gorgeous mural-like painted covers, just as he did with the original series. And while the original series was published under the MAX imprint, the new series will be polybagged for mature content as a Red Band series.

Humphries and Borges will follow in Bendis and Gaydos’s footsteps with an all-new saga that blends Marvel super hero storytelling with noir crime mystery, following Jessica Jones as she investigates a series of grisly murders. To solve the case, she’ll have to join forces with an unlikely partner, Daredevil supervillain Typhoid Mary, while dealing with the scrutiny of being married to the Mayor of New York City, Luke Cage. The series sets the stage for both Luke and Jessica to take a pivotal role at the center of the Marvel Universe later in 2026.

Black Cat is in her super hero era!

Following Spider-Man’s defeat at the hands of new supervillain Hellgate in upcoming issues of Amazing Spider-Man, Felicia Hardy steps up to the plate as the friendly neighborhood Black Cat in an all-new ongoing series by writer G. Willow Wilson and artist Gleb Melnikov. Launching in August, this exciting new chapter sees Black Cat test her luck as a super hero, battling some of Spider-Man’s fiercest villains between her usual high-stakes heists. Today, fans can check out all the covers for the debut issue!

In addition to Adam Hughes’ stunning main cover, Black Cat #1 will feature a special Foil Variant Cover by Terry Dodson as well as pieces by a lineup of top-selling artists: Derrick Chew, Simone Di Meo, Peach Momoko, and Jeehyung Lee. Chew and Lee’s covers will also be available as Virgin Variant Covers. One of Black Cat’s defining artists, J. This July, writer Ryan North and artist Humberto Ramos kick off an all-new era of Fantastic Four that begins with Reed, Sue, Ben and Johnny scattered across time by their archenemy, Doctor Doom. The new volume serves as both the fascinating next chapter in North’s current work on Fantastic Four and a perfect jumping on point for readers who want to experience one of the most acclaimed super hero titles of today. The debut issue hits stands just weeks before the release of The Fantastic Four: First Steps film on July 25, and today, fans can see all the covers that will be available at their local comic shop.

Series artist Humberto Ramos’ delivers the main cover while variant covers come from a lineup of superstar talent including Alex Ross, Alan Davis, Jerome Opeña, Cliff Chiang, and Jeehyung Lee. Black Cat goes from Super-Thief to Super Hero in a new Solo Series by G. Willow Wilson and Gleb Melnikov
