Titan Comics and Hard Case Crime have revealed that artist Stanley “Artgerm” Lau will illustrate a cover for the new Gun Honey series Doubles Down in June 2026! 

Award-winning author and Hard Case Crime co-founder Charles Ardai returns to the Gun Honey universe with a bold new international thriller sultry weapons smuggler Joanna Tan. This action-packed installment delivers all the intrigue and intensity that fans have come to expect, and will be brought to life through the explosive, cinematic artwork of returning series artist Ang Hor Kheng.

When a botched attack on the dictator of Russia sends three identical-looking men fleeing Moscow for Siberia, Finland, and the Black Sea, Gun Honey Joanna Tan is offered $10 million to separate the real target from his doubles — and make sure the right man dies.

August 24 sees the hotly anticipated release of Gun Honey: Blood for Blood #1. Titan has revealed the first five pages of the debut issue, which sees the creative team of writer Charles Ardai and artist Ang Hor Kheng return for a blockbuster second series, and more adventures with weapons expert Joanna Tan, the legendary “Gun Honey”. 

Gun Honey was 2021’s #1 best-selling non-premier comic, and a TV series is now in development by Piller/Segan and Malaysia-based Double Vision. 

Gun Honey: Blood for Blood #1 will launch with a host of stunning covers including variants by Adam Hughes, Stanley “Artgerm” Lau, Robert McGinnis, Joseph Michael Linsner, pin-up artist Romain Hugault, and a photo variant cover featuring model Tabitha Lyons.
