Syd Miller and Ellen Blair are the world’s two premiere Combat Exorcists — the only problem? After a nuclear break up years ago, they can’t stand each other. But when the biggest soul auction in history kicks off beneath Los Angeles, Syd and Ellen have no choice but to come together to raid the HELLSCRAPER, an infernal tower going straight down into the Earth. With thousands of souls on the line, Syd and Ellen must fight their way to the bottom, or die trying.

NYCC 2023: Mad Cave Studios Unveils its Exciting Schedule of Events and Exclusives

Fans of comics, pop culture, and entertainment are in for a treat. Mad Cave Studios is heading to the highly-anticipated New York Comic Con (Oct. 12 – 16) at the Javits Center in New York City at booth #3441!

With a jam-packed schedule of panels, signings, exclusives and more, there’s a little something for everyone to enjoy including imprints, Papercutz and Maverick. Readers of all ages can discover imaginative new worlds with Papercutz, and young adults are invited to find themselves within the pages of Maverick.

(END OF SERIES) Pride goes before the fall! So it makes sense that Pride is the most dangerous demonic sin of all. It’s a perfect trap for combat exorcists Syd Miller and Ellen Blair, who have done what no other exorcist has ever done. They’ve fought and exorcized their way to the final level of the Hellscraper. On the other side of a massive chthonic door sits the largest Soul Auction in generations. But after all they’ve survived, how can Syd and Ellen not feel pride? The very success that’s gotten them so far makes them easy marks for the last sin in line. To beat Pride and stop the Soul Auction in time, Syd and Ellen must take on one last impossible task: attempt to perform the Messiah Flow, the so-called nuclear option, a flow that channels the power of the messiah himself! There’s just one catch- it’s killed every exorcist that has attempted it.
