Udon announces the Elden Ring: Official Art Book Volumes 1 and 2 Hardcovers

UDON Entertainment has announced that they have acquired the English language rights to the brand new book series Elden Ring: Official Art Book from Japanese publisher Kadokawa Game Linkage. UDON Entertainment will release English-language localized editions of Elden Ring: Official Art Book Volume 1 and Volume 2 in Hardcover format in Summer, 2023. UDON Entertainment has previously published official art books based on the FromSoftware games Dark Souls, Dark Souls II, Dark Souls III, and Bloodborne.

The Elden Ring: Official Art Book Volumes 1 & 2 showcase the stunning artwork used in the development of the game “Elden Ring” published in February 2022 by FromSoftware and Bandai Namco, and created by Director Hidetaka Miyazaki, with worldbuilding by the legendary author George R. R. Martin. Released for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC, the title has received unanimous rave-reviews, with a Metacritic scoring of 96% and over 17.5 million copies sold. It recently took home the two top prizes at the Japan Game Awards, and has already started appearing on many critics’ ‘Best games of 2022’ lists with more award wins to certainly come. 

The two-volume Elden Ring: Official Art Book contains a plethora of artworks from the game’s ‘Lands Between’ and its inhabitants in stunning oversized hardcover editionsVolume 1 features key art from the game’s opening movie, concept and development art of the large open-world and claustrophobic dungeons, and the game’s many characters and armors. Volume 2 includes stunning art of the foes great and small that threaten to end the player’s journey, the weapons used to slay them, and even a list of the many items found within the game… very useful for dedicated fans!
