Spidey and His Amazing Friends Comes to LEGO in 2022

Spidey and His Amazing Friends is an animated series for younger viewers by Disney Junior delivering a new spin on Spider-Man, Ghost-Spider, and Miles Morales’ Spider-Man (called Spin in the series). The trio, along with some friends and villains, are coming to new LEGO in sets for kids aged 4 and up.

  • Hulk vs. Rhino Truck Showdown (110 pieces)
  • Spider-Man at Doc Ock’s Lab (131 pieces)
  • Spider-Man’s Techno Trike (59 pieces)

The sets are for younger kids with a focus on learning how to build as well as allowing them to play out their own adventuers.

The sets will be available starting January 1, 2022.

Spider-Man Goes Preschool in Marvel’s Spidey and His Amazing Friends

Coming to Disney Junior in 2021 is Marvel’s Spidery and His Amazing Friends. Spider-Man, Miles Morales, and Ghost Spider will team up with the Hulk, Black Panther, Ms. Marvel, and more to protect their neighborhood.

Created by Marvel Animation & Family Entertainment, the series is aimed at preschoolers and will be a full-length series. It’ll teach lessons like teamwork to resolve problems and help others.

A First Look at Disney’s New Rocketeer

In February Disney announced The Rocketeer, a new animated adventure for young kids debuting in 2019 and inspired by the popular comic book series by Dave Stevens.

The new animated series focuses on Kit, a young girl who receives a surprise package on her birthday revealing she’s next in line to become the Rocketeer, a legendary superhero who has the ability to fly with the help of a rocket-powered jet pack. Armed with her cool new gear and secret identity, Kit is ready to take flight and save the day with her gadget-minded best friend, Tesh, and airplane mechanic uncle, Ambrose, who join her on her epic adventures.

The Rocketeer is coming to Disney Junior in a New Animated Series

Disney Junior has begun production on The Rocketeer, a new animated adventure series for young kids and their families slated to debut in 2019.

Inspired by Dave Stevens’ popular comic book series, The Rocketeer follows Kit, a young girl who receives a surprise package on her birthday revealing she’s next in line to become the Rocketeer, a legendary superhero who has the ability to fly with the help of a rocket-powered jet pack. Armed with her cool new gear and secret identity, Kit is ready to take flight and save the day with her gadget-minded best friend, Tesh, and airplane mechanic uncle, Ambrose, who join her on her epic adventures. The announcement was made by Joe D’Ambrosia, senior vice president, Original Programming, Disney Junior.

D’Ambrosia said the comics provide a perfect opportunity to create new adventures told from a young girl superhero perspective for the whole family. The series is geared towards kids 2-7 and their families. each episode of The Rocketeer will feature two 11-minute stories and include an original song. Nicole Dubuc is executive producer. The series will be produced by Wild Canary in association with Disney Junior.
