Image Comics is pleased to reveal an additional, special Avengelyne #1 variant—to join the already jaw-dropping lineup of variant covers for the premiere—which will feature art by comics icon Rob Liefeld himself.
Liefeld will team up with fan-favorite artist Daniel Mainé for the highly anticipated launch of Avengelyne next month. This iconic ’90s Liefeld creation will take center stage with an all-new beginning. It will be published by Image Comics in advance of the already-in-development film at Warner Bros.

Comic book Legend Rob Liefeld is returning to San Diego Comic Con for a panel and signings. All attendees of his Robservations Live panel on Thursday, July 23rd at 5 pm in room 7AB will receive a special gift comic book.

Rob has teamed up with fan-favorite artist Daniel Mainé for the upcoming series launch of Avengelyne. This iconic ’90s Liefeld creation will take center stage with an all-new beginning. The title reflects this darker take on the franchise, as fans get to know a darker and troubled Vampirella who has lost everything. While the vision of Vampirella is also reflected in her own daughter Lilith, shaped by her own darkness.
