Atlas Games launches Fork Ice February

Fork Ice

Atlas Games has announced “Fork ICE February.” Each day, they’ll feature a different title on sale on their website. That title will be discounted 50% and then Atlas Games will donate 100% of the sale price to local organizations helping the people of Minnesota affected by the ICE storm.

As they write in their announcement:

Here in Minnesota, and most visibly Minneapolis, we’ve responded to an armed federal presence with radical nonviolence, solidarity, and mutual aid. When legal immigrants are detained after showing up at their court hearings, people are picked up off the street for the color of their skin, and children are abducted and shipped out of state or country, it’s understandable that some are afraid to leave their homes. Countless Minnesotans and organizations have stepped up to help: delivering groceries, providing legal assistance, and even helping with rent (because people have no income when they can’t go to work).

Federally-sanctioned violence and even killing has only increased our resolve and drawn more people of conscience to become active. If you feel called to help, the website Stand With Minnesota is a tremendous resource, with information, links to organizations, and many ways people can help, wherever you live.

Watch for the first “Fork ICE February” title to appear on sale at midnight, and check back every day to see what new gamer goodness Atlas Games has for you.

Then, make your own “Fork ICE February” image! Post it on social media and tag Atlas Games, and they’ll pick their favorites to use in their blog posts this month.
