As part of the lawsuit between Sparkle Pop and Alliance Entertainment, Charles Parker, the President of Diamond Comic Distributors, submitted a declaration in support of Sparkle Pop’s motion for a preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order against Alliance.

In his declaration, Parker confirms details that CEO Joel Weinshanker submited in his declaration. Parker says in his declaration that Diamond’s employees said that Alliance had reached out to them for employment. But, the timeline isn’t clear if that happened before or after they resigned from Diamond.
