As part of the lawsuit between Sparkle Pop and Alliance Entertainment, Joel Weinshanker, the CEO of Ad Populum and sole manager of Sparkle Pop, submitted a declaration in support of Sparkle Pop’s motion for a preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order against Alliance.

In his motion, Weinshanker states he was solely responsible for the acquisition of Diamond’s assets by Sparkle Pop and negotiated the business terms of the asset purchase. In his statement he goes on confirming information details in the initial motion as well as adding new exhibits you can see below including:

• The Asset Purchase order sale order
• Transition Service Agreement
• Non-Disclosure Agreement
• Employee Manual

Unfortunately, most of those documents are “filed under seal.”
