JX’23, hosted by the Consulate General of Japan Los Angeles, LA House Japan, and LA Next Generation Japanese American Leaders Initiative will take place at the legendary GRAMMY Museum on February 9, 2023, at 6:30pm. JX 23 is a celebration of Japanese innovators in entertainment honoring groundbreaking leaders in anime, music, animation, entertainment, film/television and Web3.

The event will include panel discussions as well a special performance by world-renowned Japanese musician MIYAVI as well as food and drinks.

JX 23 will also present the Global Achievement Award to ONE OK ROCK and its Culture Impact Award in Film to STUDIO CHIZU, based on nominations from their board. As a leading innovator in Web3, the need for Japanese content signifies the crossover of entertainment and culture from Japan to the world. This will mark the first of events created to set the stage for future collaborations, and to position JX as the bridge between the U.S. and Japan. This event will be the launching pad to connect and amplify the impact of innovations to the broader U.S. and Global audience.

JX’23 panelist include: Vice President AMUSE GROUP USA (Web3); CEO Yusuke Nakagawa of ASOBISYSTEM (Music);  Producer/CEO Yuichiro Saito of STUDIO CHIZU (Animation); Animoca Brands Japan (Web3) CEO Moto Tani;  Qiana Conley – Executive Director of the Recording Academy LA Chapter, and Grace Jun Baca – Director/ Governance at the Recording Academy.
