Wizard World, Inc. today announced the addition of Wizard World Comic Con Albuquerque to its 2015 schedule, bringing the current number of Wizard World events scheduled this year to 27. Wizard World acquired naming rights to the event, set for June 19-21, 2015, at the Albuquerque Convention Center, from founder and longtime owner Greg Derrick.

Celebrity and comics creator guests and other details about the event will be announced in the coming weeks. That’s the second Wizard World show for those dates, Wizard World Sacramento Comic Con is also occurring that same weekend.

In early March, the company announced that it was rescheduling Wizard World Comic Con Greenville from May of 2015 to July 15-17, 2016. So, win some and lose some….
