Studios has revealed a variant cover to Buffy The Vampire Slayer #2 by Eisner Award-nominated illustrator Ryan Inzana, paying tribute to the unforgettable “Graduation Day” episode of the eponymous television series. The next chapter of the hotly-anticipated series will debut in-stores February 13th, 2019, in partnership with 20th Century Fox Consumer Products.

BOOM! Studios has unveiled a new variant cover by superstar artist Jen Bartel to the hotly anticipated Buffy the Vampire Slayer #1, debuting in comic shops on January 9th, 2019 in partnership with 20th Century Fox Consumer Products.

As Eisner Award-nominated writer Jordie Bellaire, Russ Manning Award-winning artist Dan Mora, and series creator/story consultant Joss Whedon reimagine the groundbreaking pop culture phenomenon from the very beginning, readers will meet a Buffy Summers like the one they know – trying to make friends at her new school, get decent grades, and to escape her imposed destiny as the next in a long line of vampire slayers tasked with defeating the forces of evil. The untold story of the Unification War continues as the crew of the Serenity is stranded on an outer moon, with a price on their heads from the Unificators, mercenaries deputized to hunt down war criminals …and that’s the good news.
