Image Comics and Skybound have revealed a first look at Trover Saves The Universe #2, continuing the hit limited series from acclaimed author Tess Stone, based upon the eponymous hit video game by Justin Roiland, Co-Creator of Rick & Morty and CEO of Squanch Games.  

Falsely accused of murdering their co-worker, ICJ employees Klover and Bo flee to Chairorpia, home to the laziest beings in the universe. But when a new Cosmic Job pits Klover and Bo against each other, their rivalry threatens to derail their hunt for the real killer!  

Trover Saves the Universe #2 (JUL210276) will be available at comic book shops and digital platforms including Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, comiXology, and Google Play on Wednesday, September 8.

Get a New Look at Trover Saves The Universe #1 from Justin Roiland and Tess Stone

Image Comics and Skybound have revealed a new look at Trover Saves The Universe #1 from acclaimed author Tess Stone, based upon the eponymous hit video game by Justin Roiland, Co-Creator of Rick & Morty and CEO of Squanch Games.  

This is the first comic book tie-in ever to the Trover video game series, with the debut issue arriving in comic shops this August. Readers will be introduced to new characters Klover and Bo, as they follow them along on a whole new adventure in the ICJ!

If you aren’t familiar with it, ICJ (Important Cosmic Jobs)—is a place where employees are ranked by their boss, and at the end of each month, the worst employee literally gets the ax. It’s…not a great gig. But when ICJ’s top eyehole monster winds up dead, the company’s most inept (and rival) employees, Klover and Bo, are falsely accused of his murder and hunted by the Space Cops!  

Now Klover and Bo must clear their names and unravel a conspiracy that reaches the very top… that is, if they don’t kill each other first!
