Suicide Squad is a comic series turned film that brings together a group of villains into a Dirty Dozen like team for the government. They run missions they aren’t expected to return from in order to earn early release. The first film was released in 2016 and went on to earn nearly $747 million worldwide. The sequel is currently set to be released in August 2021.
