The Farseer Trilogy comes to Dark Horse

The Assassin is back in this new adaptation of the first installment of the bestselling Farseer Trilogy. Dark Horse Comics is teaming up with Assassin’s Apprentice creator Robin Hobb, co-writer Jody Houser, artist Ryan Kelly, colorist Jordie Bellaire, and letterer Hassan Otsmane-Elhaou to present Assassin’s Apprentice like never before. Assassin’s Apprentice #1 also features cover art by Anna Steinbauer.

Gen Con 2016 Author Guest of Honor Robin Hobb

Robin HobbGen Con is excited and honored to announce New York Times Best-Selling Author Robin Hobb as its 2016 Author Guest of Honor. Creator of the acclaimed Farseer trilogy, Hobb has written and sold her work for more than 45 years. As Author Guest of Honor, she will participate in several Writer’s Symposium events at Gen Con 2016, including a book-signing.

Gen Con features both an Authors’ Avenue, where attendees can meet dozens of prolific fantasy, science fiction, horror, and other fiction writers, and a Writer’s Symposium, where writers can get tips and techniques from some of the best writers in fiction and gaming.

Tickets to Author Guest of Honor events will become available when Event Registration opens on May 15.
