In Exit City, the Line Between Good and Evil Blurs

The tense sci-fi crime saga Exit City from Mad Cave Studios arrives in a full trade paperback edition this spring, collecting the complete series by writer Mark London and artists Karl Mostert and Ramon Villalobos.

Known for its moody visuals and propulsive pacing, Exit City blends noir grit with a dystopian edge. David Baron’s bold colors and Dave Sharpe’s lettering bring the narrative to life, while Raymund Bermudez and Sebastian Chang deliver a striking cover that sets the tone for this layered and dangerous world.

In Exit City, there’s a thin line between good and evil, and Detectives McCormick and Miller are about to find out the hard way. When they come to the scene of a brutal accident, it becomes clear that the Major Crimes division was called in for a reason. With minimal evidence, McCormick and Miller must work together through a web of seedy criminals, genetic experiments, and a crooked government. But that’s not the only thing standing in their way; McCormick is hiding a secret that would make anyone question his capabilities.

Mad Cave Studios presents a first look The Hour of the Wolf, the thrilling second title from writer Mark London’s Underworld universe, featuring art by celebrated Brazilian artist Danilo Beyruth, with Cover A by Andrei Bressan and Cover B by Raymund Bermudez. Revolution 9 kicks off the Underworld shared universe in September

Mad Cave Studios has announced a new project by CEO and author, Mark London, featuring a shared universe known as the Underworld, united by common themes of secrecy, intrigue, and danger.

Three new miniseries will launch in Fall 2024, each penned by London: Revolution 9 in September, Hour of the Wolf in October, and Exit City in November. Each of these four-issue titles can be savored as a standalone serial—unique in aesthetic, characterization, and setting—while weaving an intricate web that subtly binds the three series together. These interconnected strands will then pull together in Endless Night, the crossover scheduled for Summer 2025!

Make your first descent into the Underworld this September with Revolution 9, a futuristic action thriller akin to Black Widow and Wanted. Written by Mark London, illustrated by Carlos Reno, with colors by Jao Canola, and letters by Dave Sharpe.

After years as an assassin for the Order of Nine—an ancient order dating back almost 3,000 years—Velveteen has turned her back on the very organization that saved her.
