The long-awaited centennial celebration! But an unsettling shadow creeps over Iffole unnoticed… Once a year, the entire city joins together in celebration, and the time for the hundredth celebration is almost here. Alina is overseeing the festivity preparations, but uninvited chaos arrives at the Iffole Counter when adventurers are enticed by false rumors of a secret quest through which they can obtain dia skills! Alina and her companions manage to corner Haitsu and his accomplices, but a momentary slip-up allows the culprits to escape. One member of Haitsu’s group gets left behind, and the man curses Lululee as a “murderer”?!

The new dungeon, Chalk Tower, is riddled with unpredictable situations! Boss-class foes wandering the halls might not slow down Alina, but the annihilation of Rufus’s party at the hands of an unknown enemy stops her and her temporary comrades in their tracks…! Silver Sword reluctantly opts for a withdrawal–that means escape from adventuring duty for Alina and a return at last to her beloved job as a receptionist! But for some reason, a sense of unease lingers. Meanwhile, Rufus joins Silver Sword as the vanguard, and the party attempts to clear Chalk Tower once more. But do they have any chance against a humanoid monsterwith a Dia Skill?!

All you’ll have to do for him to overlook your moonlighting is to win a few little bouts… Is not only her day-job, but her life at risk as well? Or can the strongest skill blow away the details of an employment contract too?

Ako and Bambi Vol. 1 is a cute ghost story that has a solid mystery about it

What happens when you put one down-on-his-luck amateur novelist and one amnesiac ghost girl in one bargain-priced haunted apartment? You get the punch line of Bambi’s life. The good news is, Ako is neither the ghost of the person who supposedly committed suicide in the rental nor an unfriendly poltergeist hell-bent on causing chaos. But she needs a place to hang out until she can ascend to wherever ghosts go and Bambi needs source material for his career, so maybe they can have a mutually beneficial relationship…
