Indie comics publishing is a landmine of questions and traps for anyone entering for the first time, and even for veterans of our industry. Our panel of seasoned comics professionals will give you a roadmap for avoiding the mistakes in production, distribution, and sales in an ever-changing comics landscape. Learn how the professionals navigate production planning, distribution options, realistic sales expectations, and common financial pitfalls, while also exploring how audience and community building can make or break a release with long-term growth over short-term hype.

But that’s not all! After a full day of comics industry programming, Prana is partnering with one of Chicago’s favorite comics shops, Goblin Market: Comics and Curiosities, to bring what has become a favorite event of comics industry folk at C2E2.
