Dead by Daylight #1, the prequel comic based on the video game, gets a trailer

Titan Comics has released an official teaser trailer for Dead By Daylight #1 – the hotly-anticipated prequel comic book based on the best-selling, horror survival video game, Dead By Daylight! The first issue hits comic shops on May 24, 2023.

Written by Harvey Award Winner, Nadia Shammas, and illustrated by Dillon Snook, with Emilio Lecce on colors, issue #1 features stunning covers by Jae Lee, Ivan Tao and many more.  

Every issue of the comic book series comes with an exclusive unique game code inside!  The code will unlock an exclusive in-game charm featuring the main cover A of the corresponding issue to show off in The Fog!

DC’s Pride Anthology Returns in May

DC Pride is back again with a brave, bold, and all-new collection of stories starring DC’s stable of fan-favorite LGBTQIA+ characters—many of whom will find themselves in thrilling team-ups the likes of which you’ve never seen before!

DC’s 2023 Pride collection of books and comics will be available at your local comic book shop, bookstore, library, and beyond, delivering bold stories, brave characters, and more pride than ever. DC Pride 2023 #1, DC’s annual anthology containing all-new stories spotlighting LGBTQIA+ fan favorites, will be published on May 30. The 104-page Prestige format comic will feature an introduction by Phil Jimenez, a main cover by Mateus Manhanini, and open-to-order variant covers by Gabriel Picolo (wraparound), Jen Bartel (spot foil), and Oscar Vega (cardstock).

Titan Comics is teaming up with Behaviour Interactive, the publisher behind the global phenomenon Dead by Daylight to bring its dark and addictive universe to the world of comic books. The new project will come to life in March 2023.

Played by more than 50 million players globally and across all platforms, Dead by Daylight, known as the zeitgeist of horror, is a thrilling game of cat and mouse, where four Survivors try to escape a dreadful Killer in ever-repeating Trials, set to appease a malevolent Entity. Since its inception in 2016, the game has collaborated with countless cult licenses from movies, TV shows, manga and more. With 28 Killers, 31 Survivors – both original and licensed as well as 17 original maps, Dead by Daylight is the place where horror and action lives.
