Anime Expo 2025: Five Yen Press Properties to Receive Audiobook Adaptations

During Anime Expo 2025, the largest anime convention in the United States, Yen Press announced the audiobook adaptations of five current licenses: Secrets of the Silent Witch, The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten, The Other World’s Books Depend on the Bean Counter, Days with My Stepsister,and Magical Explorer.

Yen Audio will release the audiobooks, with the respective voice casts to be announced at a later date.

Secrets of the Silent Witch

Wrapping up 2024, Yen Press has announced fourteen new title acquisitions, filled with romance, brave heroes, magical schools, and more.

Releasing in June 2025, this lineup includes eight manga (Sword Art Online Unital Ring, Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian, I Made Friends with the Second Prettiest Girl in My Class, Isekai Samurai, Convenient Semi-Friend, The Heroic Tale of the Villainous Prince, The Hitman Stans, Dara-san of Reiwa), four light novels (Who Killed the Hero?, The Girl Who Wants to Be a Hero and the Girl Who Ought to Be a Hero, This Is the Wizard’s Secret Weapon, Secrets of the Silent Witch (spin-off) -another- Part 1, and one digital exclusive manga (SAILOR ZOMBIE). Yen Press, LLC announced a slate of upcoming releases that includes manga (Tsubaki-chou Lonely Planet; Kowloon Generic Romance;and Tales of the Kingdom), novels (Silent Witch; Kakuriyo Shinjuki: God’s Doctor Starts a Practice in Another World; Higehiro: After Getting Rejected, I Shaved and Took in a High School Runaway; and Tower of the Sun), and the highly anticipated release of the Delicious in Dungeon guidebook titled Delicious in Dungeon: The Adventurer’s Bible.
