Mad Cave Studios has announced a collaboration with Lucasfilm Publishing for original Star Wars graphic novels. Released through the Papercutz imprint, this marks the publisher’s first official entry into the Star Wars galaxy, with multiple all-new titles already in development.  

With lightspeed on the horizon, fans can expect a new era of Star Wars graphic novels, featuring Star Wars: Smugglers and Scoundrels and Star Wars: Tales from the Outer Rim, coming Fall 2026. Prepare to make the jump into hyperspace with two all-new Star Wars graphic novels aimed at middle-grade readers!

Dark Horse Books and Lucasfilm Publishing present the latest adventures from a galaxy far, far away in Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures Phase III Volumes 1 and 2, both available for pre-order now wherever comics and books are sold. The first volume will arrive this August, and Volume 2 will follow in January 2025.

The mystery of the Echo Stones is explored in Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures: Echoes of Fear, coming soon from Dark Horse Comics and Lucasfilm Publishing. This new comic series is the latest chapter in The High Republic Adventures saga and will begin this August. It is written by Star Wars best-selling author George Mann, illustrated by Vincenzo Riccardi, colored by Michael Atiyeh, and lettered by Comicraft, with cover art by Eduardo Mello.

Dark Horse returns to Star Wars: The High Republic with a Crash Landing

Dark Horse reveals all-new all-ages Star Wars original graphic novels

Dark Horse Comics and Lucasfilm Publishing have announced the launch of a new Star Wars: Hyperspace Stories original graphic novel line. Each volume will stand alone as a brilliant showcase of some of Star Wars’s most iconic characters. The full line-up includes Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Mace Windu, Qui-Gon Jinn, Rey, General Grievous, Kylo Ren, and Darth Vader. Each volume will be lovingly crafted by Star Wars all-star authors including George Mann, New York Times bestselling writers Cecil Castellucci, Justina Ireland, and Michael Moreci –just to name a few! Art, colors, and letters are also provided by a stellar cast of Star Wars creators new and old including Andrea Mutti, Lucas Marangon, Michael Atiyeh, and Nick Brokenshire, who each bring their unique style to the Star Wars comics universe. Covers for the Hyperspace Stories OGN line will be illustrated by superstar artist Michael Cho.

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, which landed in theaters May 19, 1999, this unique series of books will kick off with Star Wars: Hyperspace Stories–Qui-Gon, written by George Mann with art by Andrea Mutti and Gigi Baldassini, arriving in April 2024. 

Qui-Gon Jinn is one of the most revered Jedi of all time.
