Vault announces Corin Howll’s Lilith: Blood & Burlesque

Vault has announced the return of Corin Howell’s smash-hit sapphic horror series, Lilith, with Lilith: Blood & Burlesque. The brand new comic book series will see Howell joined by colorist Warnia Sahadewa and letterer Haley Rose-Lyon to bring back the beloved characters Lilith and Penny as they continue their journey to bring Lilith home.

The character Lilith, created by Howell, began as a genuine social media phenomenon. Howell’s Lilith illustrations have garnered millions of likes on Howell’s social platforms, making Lilith one of the most popular original illustrated characters on social media. Then in 2024, Howell & Vault partnered to publish a Lilith comic book series that became an immediate critical darling and commercial hit with multiple sell outs and new printings.

Lilith is an immortal who’s been banished from her home, a dimensional plane suspiciously similar to mankind’s idea of hell. She’s been posing as a model on Earth while secretly preying on humans. That is, until she runs into Penelope, a sweet bookstore owner with a tome that might hold the secret to returning Lilith to her home dimension.

Lilith: Blood & Burlesque #1 will hit comic book store shelves everywhere this October. The debut issue will feature a phenomenal line of variant covers by some of the most beloved artists in the world, including Mirka Andolfo, Suspiria, Luana Vecchio, Chloe, Garth Graham, and more.

Everyone’s favorite man-eating demon is back! Penny’s bookstore is still a mess after the monster attack. Much to Lilith’s dismay, Michael proposes a great idea: Why not make a sexy calendar to raise funds to pay for the shop repairs? Meanwhile, Lilith and Penny start making good progress on translating the book that could help Lilith get back home. But what will Penelope think if she learns Lilith’s true motive—and true nature? Seems like Lilith is bound to find out when a sinister and sexy pair from her past emerges at a burlesque show.

Dark Horse Comics and Hasbro’s Wizards of the Coast have announced Dungeon & Dragons, a new ongoing series following Mad Mage Mordenkainen as he assembles Faerûn’s most legendary heroes, including Volo, Tasha, and more fan-favorite adventurers, for a high-fantasy epic that spans the Forgotten Realms! The series will be written by Eisner-nominated creators Jackson Lanzing and Collin Kelly, penciled by Ibraim Roberson, inked by Arabson Oliveira, colored by Dan Brown, and lettered by Haley-Rose Lyon. Each issue will feature essays from RPG personalities or Dungeon & Dragons campaign assets that will be exclusive to the single issues.

Issue #1 debuts November 2026 and will feature cover art by Esad Ribić, D&D 5e Key Art Artist Tyler Jacobson, Antonio José Manzanedo (foil variant), Karen Darboe, Mateus Manhanini, and Eric Canete (1:25 ratio variant). Erika Ishii, voice actor and live play talent on Dimension 20, will write an essay for the backmatter.

A draconic apocalypse approaches the Forgotten Realms, and it has one name on its lips: MORDENKAINEN. Now, stripped of his magic but never out of the fight, the most powerful wizard in all reality will need the help of Faerûn’s most legendary heroes to restore the balance.

Dungeon & Dragons #1 will be available in comic shops on November 4, 2026. It is now available for preorder from your local comic shop for $4.99.

That Stings! A Lonely Worker Bee Faces Big Choices in the Middle Grade Graphic Novel, Three Bee Honey

Life in the hive is a constant buzz of pressure, endless work, and precious little room to get anything wrong. This fall, Papercutz brings Three Bee Honey Vol. 1, a heartfelt middle-grade graphic novel debut from writer Desi St. Amant, illustrator Jon St. Amant, and letterer Haley Rose-Lyon—all about one lonely worker bee navigating responsibility, survival, and the unexpected discoveries that come from finding connection.

Claire’s hive is in trouble! She and her sisters haven’t foraged enough food to survive the coming winter. Now Claire, a lonely worker bee, has to keep up with the growing work demands or risk starvation.

As if that’s not enough, she must also avoid the neighboring hive’s pesky drones, bee-hunting predators, and Nia, the Queen’s bossy hive deputy.

And when Claire begins training her two sisters, Hannah and Abi, the pressures only increase. But it’s through these struggles that Claire discovers what she’s capable of…and much more.

Drawing from their years teaching tweens and teens, Desi and Jon St. Amant shaped Three Bee Honey into a heartfelt story about identity, friendship, responsibility, and finding your place in a world filled with pressure and unspoken expectations. Through Claire’s journey, they hope readers come away understanding that following your passions can help lead you toward connection, purpose, and a stronger sense of belonging within your community.
